    Very nice book overall from the binding to the thoughtful layout that enables a person to receive and write some inspirational thoughts. It starts with an introductory statement/thought/poem and then takes you down a path to reflect on things you are grateful for, what you learned and your insights and could be improvements on a daily basis. Very pleased.

    Well-made journal
    I use this regularly and I like how it helps me to focus on a few positive aspects of my day. The book is nicely sized. I can fit it into my laptop bag with my laptop in there too. I like that it has an elastic closure, an elastic pen/pencil loop on the side, and a ribbon book mark for marking my place inside.

    Great habit builder
    Easy way to get into a new routine for the new year. Reflecting on the good things in your life makes it easier to see the good things all around you. Really needed this in order to spiral into a dark rabbit hole with the events going on in this country. Better for my own mental health

    Nice Little Journal
    I really like this little journal. It’s a perfect way to start and end the day. I use another journal for filling in all of my thoughts, goals, etc throughout the day. But this is succinct and just enough mindfulness to kick off a positive day. Bought a second one for my husband. He loves it too.
