Good and sturdy. My only problem is I wish they had something not so wide. The width not good if your short waisted. Only worked for me if folded in half

Great waist trainer! It's so comfortable that forget I have it on! I’ve lost inches wearing it to the gym, on runs and on hikes. It will make you sweat! I’ve thrown it in the wash on gentle warm and I hang dry it and it doesn’t loose shape. Best waist trainer I’ve ever bought!
