    Clean Self Care journal that’s structured but not overwhelming
    I ordered the white self care planner and it’s honestly much prettier in person. This is a just a bonus that I wanted to add in.. but the size is great for me – not too big to carry in a tote but still enough room to actually write without feeling cramped. I was worried the pages would be thin like some journals I’ve bought before, but they’re thick enough that my gel pens don’t bleed through.It does include guided sections but you’re not forced into a super strict or rigid format. It feels supportive instead of bossy, if that makes sense. I’ve used it daily for about 4 weeks and it’s already helped me stay more intentional with my mornings.Simple, nice looking, not too flashy, binding like a regular book, no loose pages, stickers look high-end with a glossy shiny look, it’s a very solid option if you are looking for a daily journal planner for self care / self love / being more intentional.

    Exactly what I wanted / needed
    I picked this up (late last year right before the new year started) during a personal crisis where everything felt heavy and rushed and I could not control my stress levels.. so far this self care planner/journal has given me a quiet moment every day when I really needed one. It did not magically fix everything but I truly felt.. a few minutes a day with this journal + my thoughts + writing pen on paper helped me reset without feeling overwhelmed.. There was no pressure to “fix” anything but instead helped guide me through the journey. Has a few smaller but pretty cool sections. I don’t want to spoil it all but you can see it in the images on the product. Aesthetically pleasing and I love the rose gold touch with the white color (both are my two favorite colors) just space to slow down and check in with myself. Organization, quality, durability, and size all get a 9.5 out of 10 from me. Check it out… you won’t regret it! 🙂

    Awesome for teens
    This planner is well made and the cover is durable. It comes with a couple ribbon bookmarks and a little stretchy strap to keep it closed. It has tons of entries for many different things a teen may not think about on their own, and offers tips, tricks and tools to help be more self-aware and taking care of your mind, body and soul. It’s nice to be able to look back at all the entries and see how much you’ve improved and changed. I wish the title wasn’t on the front of the book. It would make it a bit easier to take the journal places where other people might be around, and it would be nice to see a nice design on the cover instead. Overall, this journal is well worth the price and giving your teen a great journal to track things in their life.

    Helped get me through a rough time in my life
    I picked up this self care planner a few months ago during a really tough period after my business struggled and I was feeling burned out. I wasn’t in a great head space at all. The value VS price is insanely worth it. On that front, it is an absolute no brainer to use it. Some days I only filled out a portion of the daily pages, and that was fine because it still helped me slow down and check in with myself. You also realize a lot about yourself when you put a pen to paper… truly is helpful – I recommend giving it a try.Only downside is it took me a bit to use it consistently. (but I mean that is my personal downside and not really the planners downside) But once I did, it really helped. I’d recommend it if life feels overwhelming right now. OR if you have been struggling with life’s normal struggles, family issues, motivation.. try it for planning and you won’t regret it.

    A must Have!!!
    If you’re looking for a great journal to keep yourself on track I Highly recommend this one! Beautifully written. Short little writing prompts, several pages of daily affirmations and daily positivity pages to write your own messages, and a weekly tracker to keep track of your daily schedule and progress. It’s all well organized in a hardback leather bound beautiful book. It’s not large but average journal size. Easy to use and comes with cool stickers! Highly recommended!

    Love this for self care!
    I’ve added another planner from this company – love the quality. This one is the perfect size, so you can keep it with you. First off, it is very well made and high quality. It has so many different sections to kick off 2026 with the focus on self care! I love the different sections: self care ideas, planning goals, daily affirmations!!, weekly check-ins and monthly planning. There’s also a section to journal. Really has everything you need to make this a focus!Oh did I mention stickers and pockets?!? Who doesn’t love those!
