Why did you pick this product vs others?:So I love these. Normally melatonin doesn’t work for me but it must be the higher dosage because these work great. So they don’t make me tired but I will usually take it about an hour before bed. Once I take it I do little things around the house and by the time I lay down I can usually feel my eyes getting heavy and I sleep soundly throughout the night.

The flavor is not wonderful.
I would have given five stars but they don’t taste very good. It’s hard to find 20mg of melatonin in one gummie and the extra added vitamins and herbs make it worth the flavor sacrifice.

My husband was telling me that he was out of his melatonin, so I decided to get him gummy‘s instead of pills so he doesn’t drink as much water and have to get up in the middle of the night to use the restroom. I stumbled across these here on Amazon and read reviews and thought why not? So I ordered them and my husband mentioned how yummy they were the very first night. He had one, he even liked the taste so much he brought it up randomly in the middle of the day, the next day saying how good they were and that he could eat the whole bottle like candy. I can’t take melatonin myself because I have an allergy to it, but he does just fine. It helps him sleep all night long. He doesn’t end up being groggy in the morning at all so the strength must be perfect.
