Great vitamin!
Just starting my fifth month and I’ve noticed my hair feels softer and fuller. While I don’t have a ton of new hair growth just yet, I am starting to notice my hairline filling in and there is definitely less hair shedding. I like that these are actually multivitamins and because they are so easy to take I’ve been consistent with taking them. While I was not able to tolerate the taste of the liquid form of this vitamin, I think these taste great and I look forward to taking them daily. I hope with consistent use I will notice more hair growth but for now very pleased.

I love these vitamins! I just finished my first bottle and I can HONESTLY say I see a difference in my hair AND skin! I swear my hair feels fuller and I’ve been getting compliments about my skin glowing. The only thing I changed is taking these vitamins! I just subscribed to get them monthly- can’t wait to see results after more than just 1 month!Also- they do smell weird, but the taste isn’t bad- I don’t mind it at all! I could NOT tolerate the liquid form of this lolHighly highly recommend- just wish the cost was lower but I don’t mind bc I’m seeing great results already

GREAT multi for women
Pretty much the best vitamin I’ve ever used. Recommended to me by my dietician and my PCP, who is a nurse practitioner. I had an end-stage disease last year and lost 2/3 of my hair, and, six months post transplant, my hair AND nails are growing like weeds and are strong!

Convenient but not as good as the liquid
I’ve been using Mary Ruths for a long while now, like two years I’d say. If your goal is hair growth, stick with the liquid product. While the gummies are easier to take along on trips etc, I feel like they are not as effective as the liquid. I had been using the liquid for many months and had seen great growth in my hair. When I switched to gummies for 60 days it was like turning the tap off entirely. The taste and texture are preferable to the liquid BUT the liquid simply works so I’ll be sticking with it.
