Hot flash relief!
I rarely write reviews, but I have to share my experience with this product. A couple of months ago, I started experiencing hot flashes that completely took over my life. I was having well over 20 a day with each one feeling like I was on fire. I was constantly tethered to fans, taking multiple showers just to survive the day, and I couldn’t even snuggle with my family (not even the dog!).HRT wasn’t an option for me because of my family history, and I couldn’t take other medications prescribed for hot flashes, so I felt completely stuck. Then, on an especially brutal day, I stumbled across this supplement on a whim. I was skeptical because it said it might take 30 days to work and I needed relief immediately.To my amazement, within just a few days, the frequency of my hot flashes started to drop, and the intensity began to fade. By the end of the first week, I had ZERO hot flashes. This is truly an incredible supplement! I honestly can’t recommend it enough! It is pricy, but freedom from hot flashes is priceless

Excellent for hot flashes
My wife had immediate results within a few hours. It has been four days and she has experienced minimal hot flashes. The ones she got were very light. She finally had a few good nights of sleep.

Immediate relief, but I’m not sure it will last….
Edited after finishing three bottles:I’ll keep it at four stars, but 3.5 might be more accurate. I finished the third bottle taking 1.5x dose to see if I was just building a tolerance, and was still having a gradual return of hot flash/night sweat symptoms. As a result I did not order a fourth bottle. Then as gradually as my symptoms were returning, they dissipated again despite not taking *any* supplements, including Thermella. I’m hoping this means I’m on the other side of peri/menopause. I would still recommend to someone to try only because of the literal overnight improvement of my symptoms on the first bottle. But if your symptoms start to return, don’t waste your money on a second or third bottle. (Original review below)I’m giving this 4 stars for now, but I’m paying attention….Over the course of 6 months to a year, my nightly hot flashes went from one or two to several, then became full-on night sweats throughout the night, then I started getting hot flashes during the day.I did a *lot* of research and decided on Thermella because it’s supposed to address what’s happening in the hypothalamus to trigger hot flashes, not just pacify symptoms.I am not exaggerating when I say the night sweats stopped immediately. The very first night I took Thermella was the first night in almost a year I didn’t have a hot flash or night sweat. My daytime hot flashes started subsiding also.I’m about to finish my second bottle, and I’m noticing, gradually, getting hot flashes at night again, occasionally a night sweat. I’ve gone ahead and ordered my third bottle to see what trajectory I land on and may adjust my review in about a month. But for now, it has provided relief.

I absolutely love it. I was on gabapentin and I wanted to stop using it because it causes dementia. I have not had a hot flash since I started taking this amazing hot flash medicine! I would surely suggest it to any woman having hot flashes from going through menopause!

Some relief, but not enough to justify the cost
came to Thermella hopeful. Night sweats were disrupting my sleep regularly, and the clinical testing and hormone-free formula made it worth a try. After a few weeks, I did notice something — my symptoms felt slightly less intense overall, and on some nights my sleep wasn’t quite as disrupted as before. So it’s not doing nothing.But “slightly less” isn’t what I was looking for. I was hoping for meaningful relief, and that hasn’t materialized. The night sweats are still showing up — just occasionally quieter. For some people that incremental improvement might feel worthwhile, but for the cost involved, I needed more.On the positive side, the tablets are easy to take, I had no stomach upset or aftertaste, and I didn’t notice any negative side effects at all. The product itself seems well-made and clean.That said, the monthly cost is hard to swallow when the results are this subtle. Without a more significant improvement, I can’t see myself reordering and committing to ongoing use at that price point.If you’re sensitive to supplements or just looking for something gentle to take the edge off, it may be worth a try. Just go in with tempered expectations — this one works modestly for some, and not enough for others.

Not for me
I’m more in later perimenopause and this did not work for me me unfortunately. At first signs of hit flashes 2 yrs ago Black Cohosh (high dose) worked great and started to work pretty much within the week. After 6-8mos it stopped working and I had more night sweats I switched to Red Cover- same results worked for 6-8 mo. Last few months some symptoms came back and I tried both but no relief. Night sweats have gotten worse this year and I was looking for something new- I have this 2 weeks and night sweats and hot flashes are actually getting more intense and frequent. So I will try other options next.
