Moving into month 3 with supplement
For the last 2 months I’ve taken 2 capsules (recommended dose) daily of StayBalanced along with a multi-vitamin and additional D3 and calcium. This regimen works well as I have enough energy at night to stream at least one movie or 2 episodes of a Masterpiece theater and stay awake to read the credits. Plus, I am not craving sugary snacks and I attribute this to StayBalanced. Will I continue to use StayBalanced supplement? It works for me, so I’m continuing into month 3 with high hopes.

Some benefits but no miracles
The capsules are easy to swallow and didn’t upset my stomach, which is a plus. I also like that it’s pretty clean l. That said, the effects were subtle at best. I didn’t notice any dramatic difference in energy or cravings, maybe just a slight improvement over time but honestly, it’s hard to tell if that was the supplement or just better eating habits. There are positives but it has to go with better habits and this can help. For the price, it’s not bad if you’re curious and want something mild and natural. Just go in with realistic expectations this is more fore support, not a solution.

It did not work for me
I got this priced at $35 fair market value from the Amazon Vine Program. There is such a significant difference in the price as of the time I am writing this review (now at $15). I honestly just got curious of the health benefits of stevia since I have been having trouble controlling my cravings. The product is well packaged and comes in a standard medication bottle. The product comes in a pack of 60 capsules with recommendations to take 2 capsules per day. Each serving (2 capsules) allegedly contains 800mg of Stevia leaf powder. They are average sized capsules that I had no trouble swallowing. I have been taking it in the morning with food as indicated. I already finished the whole bottle but did not feel any significant difference. I was hoping it would at least give me the placebo effect like feeling of well being and better energy. What troubles me is that I did not see any evidence based research to prove that Stevia actually curbs sugar cravings when given as a capsule. Isn’t Stevia a sweetener and most of the studies about it is how it is when it is used as an alternative to sugar? Well, if it did not do anything for me, it might have done something for the rest who gave some high reviews.

Natural, organic and versatile
I tend to indulge in sweets too much; so try to limit my sugary intake every chance I get.I swapped to Splenda packets years ago, in lieu of sugar, but started drinking my coffee with collagen instead of any type of sweetener.Depending on which collagen I use, often times there is an unpleasing taste to the coffee. These handy Stevia leaves capsules are a great asset to me. They are portable enough to throw in with my vitamins when traveling and on days when I want to add a bit of sweetness to my coffee/collagen mixture, I simply open the capsule and pour it into the coffee. The taste is moderately sweet, which is preferable to me. The recommended dosage is two capsules, but on the days I put it in my coffee. I only use one. Whether you use one or two (if you choose to put it in your coffee or another beverage) would be up to your personal taste.I left off the last star because I’m not quite sure about the two capsule suggested serving. I am not a doctor or a scientist, but I can’t understand why this product is recommended to help reduce or limit sugar cravings. As I mentioned earlier, I tend to gravitate toward sweets, so I do not use this in my daily regimen. In that respect I really can’t comment on whether it lowers one’s blood sugar. In contrast, though, I really appreciate it’s portability and the fact that I can empty the capsules into my coffee at will.

I’ve been taking it consistently, I would say it dramatically lowered my blood sugar level.The capsules themselves are easy to take. No weird taste, no smell, and no stomach issues .

Subtle, gentle, and very individual
This is one of those supplements where you really have to manage expectations. It’s not a quick fix and it’s definitely not something you “feel” right away.I’ve been taking it consistently, and if there’s any effect, it’s subtle. I wouldn’t say it dramatically changes blood sugar or cravings overnight. What I did notice, after a couple of weeks, is that some post-meal sugar cravings felt a bit more manageable. Not gone, just less intense. That’s about it.The capsules themselves are easy to take. No weird taste, no smell, and no stomach issues for me, which already puts it ahead of a lot of supplements. The ingredient list is short and simple, which I appreciate. At least you know what you’re taking, and there’s no filler overload.That said, this is very much a “your mileage may vary” product. I can see how it might help some people and do absolutely nothing for others. If you’re expecting a noticeable or fast effect, you’ll probably be disappointed. If you see it as a gentle support alongside diet and habits, it makes more sense.I wouldn’t call it a miracle or a must-have, but it’s also not harmful or unpleasant to use. It’s one of those things you try for a couple of months and then decide, based on your own body, whether it’s worth continuing.

These didn’t do a thing for me but maybe they’ll help you, in all honesty I see them as a harmless sugar pill that really isn’t sugar.Maybe break them open and put them in your food so this way you’d at least get some taste.
