It seems to be working, but it does take time to see results
I started taking this mid January to help ease hot flashes/night sweats in lieu of HRT. It took about 6-7 weeks before I noticed a significant decrease in my symptoms. Now that I’m two months in, I rarely experience a hot flash and if I do, it’s very mild and brief. I’m sleeping better, too.

Hot flashes? Here’s your fix!
I’m giving 3 stars for the fact that some of the capsules aren’t full, some are barely half full.I’m using these to help with hot flashes. They were out of control and this root has helped decrease them. They still occur, but it’s less and less intense. The bottle says 1 capsule is a serving, they are quick release, I increased the dose from one to two, one at night and one in the morning, game changer. I will keep taking these but it appears that I need to pay attention to the capsules because some of them aren’t full. I’m already taking multiple supplements for various reasons, if I gotta take two at a time, these will go faster than expected. Frustrating. Good vitamins are costly.

Amazing for the hot flashes!!
Hot flashes were new to me. At first i had simple night sweats, no big deal barely bothered me while I slept. Suddenly out of nowhere i started getting hot flashes all day, every day, every night, omg I’ve never been so hot!!! It annoyed all around me since i needed the fans constantly. This affected my sleep and I was exceptionally grumpy. A friend told me about these tablets. I bought it and even though the serving says 1/day i took 2/day out of desperation. I’m not going to say it worked immediately because it didn’t. But I’m glad i gave it some time. I haven’t had a hot flash at at all the last 2 weeks. I’d say i waited a good 2-3 weeks of taking it daily to notice they were gone. Life is busy and i lose track of time. Give it a go, totally worth it and no side effects except feeling normal again. I can sleep, i can go through my day like normal. Thank goodness!!Update: This product has been awesome, for about a year. I can tell it worked because I wasn’t doing anything else or taking anything else for hot flashes/night sweats while i was taking this. Also I stopped taking it for about 2 weeks as a test and the hot flashes returned with a vengeance. It works well for me with zero side effects for about a year. I’m currently on hormone supplements as my body clearly needed more help. The hot flashes were too intense and too often to assume normal life so I’m glad I’m getting back to myself now. I’m still taking them though just 1/day. Just thought I’d update it may not last forever for your symptoms.
