A Must Have
I have been waist training for over 8 years and have use many different brands. I have a couple of waist trainers and they never disappoint. This waist trainer is one of the most comfortable I have ordered from Amazon. There is no boning, so nothing feels like it biding you, but it does snatch you up. I feel they run a little big; I used the size guide and I provably could have sized down as I’m on the third set of hooks. But this will be perfect for working out. Definitely recommend.Update: Almost a year later and this is still one of my favorite waist trainers. It is one of the most comfortable ones I have. Because there isn’t any boning, makes it great for the gym. After a year, I have actually went from an Xl to a medium. But that does include working out and adjusting my eating habits. This trainer assists with the shaping.

been using this on and off for years. its SO good. i’ve gained a lot of weight and pulled this out again. i’m currently 195, and 5’9″ the large still fits amazing. i was like 175 when i got this. it’s still so comfortable. i’ve worn it around work or when just running errands under my clothes. i’ve used it on bare skin before but lately been using it with Castro oil and plastic wrap. its really good quality. GET IT.

Stoked about my waist sincher
Sheeeessss baaaack! I haven’t felt this good about my waist in a long time and I’m so glad that I finally decided to break down and get this waist sincher because this is giving! It’s made of high quality material. It actually helps you to sweat underneath and it has three prong connectors inside and a zipper on the outside. It does everything that is should to make you look hot underneath your clothes. Not hot as in heat hot, but hot as in sexy hot. lol would highly recommend this if you are looking to look great underneath your clothes and maybe you had children and your body has gone through some changes like myself and you want to look your best. This would be ideal for you. I recommend going down one size. I usually wear a size medium and clothes, but I ordered a small and it is perfect for me. One note that I was told when purchasing if you can stick your finger in your undergarment, it’s not tight enough, so just a rule of thumb this helps someone in their selection.

High-Quality Waist Trainer at Half the Price, but Sizing Could Be Better
I’ve been using waist trainers for years, and after the person I used to buy from moved, I struggled to find one that matched the quality and fit I was used to. I was thrilled to discover this waist trainer, which is the closest I’ve found to my previous one, and I absolutely love it!The quality of this waist trainer is excellent, especially for the price—it’s half of what I used to pay, which is a fantastic deal. The material is durable yet comfortable, and it provides the support and compression I need without feeling restrictive.The only downside I’ve experienced is the sizing. I’ve noticed that the difference between the medium and small sizes is quite significant. As I’ve slimmed down, I’ve outgrown the medium, but the small is still too tight due to the large gap between the two sizes. It would be perfect if there was an in-between size or a more gradual transition between sizes.Overall, this waist trainer is a great find, and despite the sizing issue, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an effective, high-quality, and affordable waist trainer.

Great Back Support!
This corset/ clincher was exactly what I was looking for as a back support. Traditional braces for a back support are half the size in both height and width and I needed some thing that gave me more support to cover from my breast bone down to my pelvis.Then when I saw this corset in the search engine I thought why not. I took a chance and I am so very pleased. This was exactly what I was looking for to give me support for my lower back and therefore relief of pain! I only wear the corset during working hours because that is when I am most active. I can’t believe this corset is actually giving me so much relief from my sciatica that I ordered four more!My reason for wearing this corset may differ from someone else’s reason but I would imagine that it would work for anyone. It’s very well made and the price is so affordable. Overall, it stays in place and it’s easy to put on and take off. The double system of hook up and zip on the outside is wonderfully effective.My recommendation is to order up in size! Different reviewer‘s have said many different reasons about the sizing but I would definitely order up for anyone bigger than a size medium. It’s well made structure doesn’t have a lot of give or stretch so order up. I normally wear a Large and after trying the XL and even 2XL, I settled on the 3XL and it’s perfect! The 3XL is still very comfortable but offers me a great deal of support.

Sizing is definitely off
It’s a good fit and good material. It’s just too small. I literally went by the views. One girl weighed 200 and got and xl. I’m only 7 lbs bigger and I cannot zip it up. The girl who ordered a 2xl was 235 lbs. I wouldn’t have been able to fit it. I guess I’ll keep it and just train until I can zip it up

En lo personal el material me encantó solo q me deje guiar por una una reseña q decía q le quedó muy pequeña q asta se rompió así q me espante y me encargue la chica xq pensé q la extra chica no me quedaría ya q no soy flaca soy delgada de la cintura asia arriba pero para bajo soy algo ancha caderona mi sintura mide 69 CM y esperaba ponerme la en los broches premieros para después si bajaba ir moldeando más la cintura ir recorriendo asta el último pero no fue así desde el principio me quedo en el último en el más apretado se supone, la verdad aún así me quedo algo flojita esa es mi experiencia pero de ahí en más me encanta te da una muy buena movilidad y la voy a volver encargar pero en xs para q se den una idea mis caderas miden 110 y mi cintura 69 … Espero y les sirva de algo mi experiencia xq si está muy padre y moldea super bien

I’m 5″7 and weights 167lbs and I ordered a medium. It’s the perfect fit!!! It does everything that a waist trainer should and it’s not uncomfortable. I’m able to wear it up to 7hrs and I’m already seeing a difference in just 1 day. I never write reviews but had to for this product. Get it girl, u won’t regret it!!!
