This is amazing product it has helped my menopause symptoms no more hot flashes mood swings and people say how young I look I’m 62 a nurse said did you get Botox you hardly have any wrinkles !!! I have been using this product since August of this year.

Didn’t work for me
Was not for me. I went from a simple dosis to that and my body didn’t take it too well. I started gaining weight and felt bloated .. and even stopped my period.. so I’m going back to a much simpler formula .

Would recommend for skin glow
I really like these supplements. Im now 49 so and am noticing my skin begining to dull. After taking these, I noticed a difference within 5 to 7 days my dull skin already was showing improvement by getting some natural glow back. I also like the benefits of the CoQ10. I could then skip that supplement and only need to take a single capsule.
