Stinks to have to use these now, BUT…
They have all the nutrients you need when you “reach that age”. The estrogen and hormonal balance in these are very helpful for your every day use and the fact that these are natural ingredients going in your body, makes these alot easier, mentally, to have to take. I’m not vegan, but the fact that these state they’re vegan, makes me feel healthier alone. They aren’t that big so they’re easy to swallow. I feel no side effects from these. There’s no taste to them. I don’t see much difference in my sleep habits, but when I do fall asleep, it’s a hard sleep, so maybe that’s an effect from it. I don’t know. But for me, as long as I’m controlling my levels and feel like it’s a healthy product going in my body, that’s a win for me. I approve.

Good quality supplement
I’m happy with this supplement. DIM has potential benefits for weight loss, balancing estrogen and helping to prevent some tumors. These benefits have some scientific support, but it has not been studied heavily as of yet. This particular supplement is third party lab tested and cGMP, which makes me confident this is a quality supplement and that I am getting what I ordered! The capsules are pretty standard size and easy to take with no offensive odors. The value is reasonable compared to similar products.

Trusted Ingredients and Noticeable Benefits
I had heard so many great things about this DIM supplement and decided to try it for myself, and I’m so glad I did. After just two weeks, I’m already very happy with how I’m feeling. It helps support my hormone levels and promotes healthy estrogen balance. Transparency is extremely important to me when purchasing supplements. I look for products that are safe and preferably manufactured in the USA, and this one checks those boxes. I also appreciate that it is third-party tested for purity and carries GMP certification. The fact that it’s vegan, all-natural, and non-GMO gives me even more confidence in the quality. The inclusion of broccoli is a big plus as well! Overall, I’m very pleased with this supplement so far.

A great value
I got this for the purported prostate and testosterone benefits. When I researched natural remedies for these areas I learned that a diet rich in “DIM” is helpful. While I don’t eat them everyday, I do eat foods rich in DIM (collard greens, broccoli, brussel sprouts and kale) so I thought I was doing good. When I saw there are DIM supplements I looked into whether they are necessary given that I already eat food rich in DIM. I learned that one only obtains a very small amount of DIM through diet. And one obtains even less when the food is cooked. I read that I would need to eat over a pound of these raw vegetables per day. That’s not economically or physically feasible. This supplement has a lot going for it. First, it has a high amount of DIM (most of the recommendations are for 200mg and this contains 300mg). I should add that with this higher amount of DIM there is a risk of mild side effects like headaches and/or digestive issues. This does have a laxative effect on me but it’s not as acute as when I eat the actual vegetables. Second, it incorporates bioperine which is a more concentrated form of black pepper, which helps with DIM uptake. Third, it’s vegan, third-party tested and GMP certified. Finally, this is a good value. If I find benefit from this (I’ve only been taking it a few days), I will buy more because it’s more cost-effective than other remedies.

worked for me; I did have a short GI issue but it went away easily
I wanted to give this a fair trial and it has been a couple of weeks trying it without other supplements so I could really test this one. I did notice that I felt better at first, but then I developed some GI symptoms. I stopped it for a couple of days and when I restarted, the problems didn’t return. The capsules are big but not huge; easy to swallow. They are tasteless and there is really no odor. I like that they say the ingredients are all safe without extra chemicals or allergens. I only have my story to share and it seemed to help me and work for me after the short GI issues.
