Size up but they are worth it.
They are really comfortable compared to other brands I own. I probably wear a 14/16 pant and I purchased an XL and probably could have sized up, but the pair I have weren’t uncomfortable and for day 1 of my period, they held up and didn’t leak!

Worth It For The Money
So, to be honest I bought these to help assist with tiny bladder leaks that I have (I’m young but it’s a reality for me). The fabric is super comfortable, and I typically wear a size 20 in pants (I have a reason to wear them slightly bigger) so I rightfully ordered 4XL. The fit flush without being tight in any area, but have quite a bit of stretch so don’t worry if you think they won’t fit.In regards to being absorbant, I will say it’s rather impressive. They function just as they are said to, keeping me rather dry though it can take a few seconds to dry itself in the gusset, but nothing damp is felt on the outside fabric.The cotton is soft, silky, and doesn’t irritate my inner thighs, which has been a main concern for other, normal brands of underwear I’ve bought. The gusset is no thicker than normal in my opinion, so there is no bulkiness.Value for money, these are definitely a winner since they come in packs of three. The fact that the inner gusset is a heather gray / white is nice because it makes the bleaching from fluids less noticeable.They work great honestly, and because they keep me rather dry, I don’t have a concern about smell anymore.

Runs small, low quality, wouldn’t recommend
I ordered a 3XL as recommended by the size chart (I have a 46″ hip and 44″ waist measurement and generally wear a size 16-18 women’s). It was far too small, I could get it on but only just barely, and certainly couldn’t actually wear it. I’m not sure if going up one size would’ve even been enough, I might’ve needed to go up two, but there isn’t a 5XL. I ended up giving them to my mother, who typically wears at least two sizes smaller than me (and wears a large in most things, certainly not a 3XL), and they fit her fine.So definitely note these run small and the size chart isn’t really accurate.As far as functionality, I obviously didn’t have a chance to put the to the test but the pad is very thin, the waterproofing layer inside is a bit crinkly (but not really audible when worn), and I’m not really sure how well they’d really work for anything other than very light spotting. Definitely don’t depend on these for any sort of real flow, and I’m not sure I’d depend on them to actually be leak proof either, but the listing does explicitly say they’re meant to be used in conjunction with a cup or tampon or whatever.The fabric’s not the best, but it’s okay. There’s not much give to it, I prefer something with at least a little stretch (particularly period products since so many of us might bloat or have weight fluctuations during).They’re what I’d expect for the very low price, but personally I wouldn’t order these again.

Great coverage and hold up well with washing
I like the coverage and have prevented leaks on my period. I’d suggest over a few other brands I’ve purchased. Good fit and true to size.

Normally a small, but im glad I read prior reviews that recommended to size up. I almost feel like a large would have fit.Fabric is SUPER thin. It arrived near the end of my cycle for spotting and it was okay.With the medium I felt like it got tighter over the day.Not going to req return because of obvious hygienic reasons.Will update maybe with a heavier flow but I guess this is good for spotting ? Idk

Just as described, slightly small, would purchase again
Works fine, just like all basic types of these. I upgraded to these for a teen from the younger girl version with butterflies design. These are not the higher quality ones, just basic level for the price. Would purchase again. Material is thin, size is a little small, not enough she can’t wear them but if I ordered again I will size up just for a little more comfort. Also, these are rinsed out after use, washed normally and air dry. I hang these on a laundry hook in the laundry room until they dry. I have never used these types in a dryer so I can’t say what happens that way. I fold and roll them after drying and store them in the bathroom cabinet in an organizer basket with the other cycle supplies so they are always at hand, ready to go when needed.
