I prefer to used applicators. They can be washed and reused.These are standard size capsules that work well with any of the applicators that you’ll find on the market. They are easy to insert. You definitely want to do it at bedtime, right before you get in bed. Use a liner or some sort of material overnight for sure.Good price on a 60 count bottle.

As someone who has been keen on diet and works out daily, I try to be mindful of my food choices and workout wardrobe/routine: too many sweets/cravings on my end, excessive sweating, letting my skin breathe, regular laundering of my workout clothes, wicking undies, etc.HowEVER, it doesn’t hurt to have back up at different intervals or incase I notice anything off with my body. That’s where probiotics and/or these boric acid suppositories pick up. The latter is great about keeping PH on point at the site from the inside and working quickly. Usually, I’ll just need the one insertion/application and give it the three days (and wear liners) as opposed to the daily method — but, again, I’m using to maintain, not treatment.Either way? Consistency is key and highly recommend!!
