Absolute game changer for me! As someone who struggles alot with cramps, and pain meds can only take me so far, these heating pads are such a huge help.- Long lasting: i can put one on before i leave for work and it’s still warm by the time i get home, meaning i don’t have to worry about bringing extras even if i have a long day- Discreet: i love that these aren’t bulky and obvious like alot of other wearable heating pads. i can get through the day comfortably without having to readjust or anything, and it stays right in place- Heat: these things get so warm and so quickly, which i absolutely love- Comfort: i can barely feel it throughout the day, and it’s easy to forget it’s even there. it’s not itchy or rough which makes it perfect when i’m wearing it all dayOverall a huge help with managing pain. I sometimes get pretty bad pain in my lower back and this helps with that as well. 10/10

Lifesavers; don’t skimp on generic heat packs
Lifesavers, better than the cheap ones by a lot. Last the full 8 hours. Can get very hot depending on airflow, so you may need to tuck your shirt between it and your tummy.Amazing for cramps; if heat helps you (you can test if heat helps you by using a dry rice heat sock [look it up]. If it helps, you will want these so you’re not going back to the microwave every five minutes and to hide the bulge).If the heating pads are not warm within 15 minutes, you may not have airflow; they need air to work.They work on sore backs as well as tummies. The adhesive sticks well the first time but less well each time you tear it off and stick it back on. Hold it and press down firmly for a few seconds if you reseat it, to make it stick, rubbing hard to create a little friction.

Long lasting relief
Helpful, easy to use and comfortable! I am so happy my coworker recommended these heating pads to me. They activate within 5-10 min and distribute a comfortable and consistent amount of heat. I find the adhesive a little poor but it works well enough with underwear + fitting pants. The pad itself is wide enough to cover majority if not the entire abdomen, so you don’t need to double up and I found it can last for greater than 8 hours, but I did not leave on for more than about 9.

Perfect for Long Days and Travel
Five stars for sure. It helps a lot with the pain on days when I need to be working or standing all day. I also like having these when I get my period while traveling, such as during long flights. The warmth is especially nice on cold days too. I find myself using it every 3–4 cycles when I know I will need to deal with the pain.

Love these! Great for when I’m working and can’t sit down with a heating bad on me. I do wish it got just a little hotter and was just a bit more sticky, but overall I think they’re great!

A real lifesaver!
These have saved my life (metaphorically speaking) on more than one occasion. I get terrible period cramps, to the point of regularly calling off work/cancelling plans because of them. These don’t fix everything, but boy do they help a *lot* – a lot of the time it makes the difference between being able to leave my room and not.The size and coverage are good for me, as someone who wears pants size 14. It’s easy to apply and stays warm for even longer than the package advertises. As far as coverage, it sits about at the lower abdomen when worn as designed, so it’s good for if your cramps tend to localize there. (One of these days, I’m gonna leave the house with one of these *and* a lower-back wrap and something on my upper legs, just to get it all.)I’ve found that there’s a quality to the heat you get from these heat packs that feels better than the heat from an electric heating pad. More solid, or more permeating – something like that. Either way, these make me a lot more comfortable on the crampiest days.

Lifesavers for cramps!! Cut the cord to move freely w/heat right where it’s needed!
I have bought these countless times because they’re easy to use, help relieve pain, and hold up great to movement whether that’s going to work, running errands or tossing and turning in bed. They’re an absolute game changer for someone who suffers with severe cramps. While I initially only used when having to leave home on the most painful days I found these superior to a traditional corded heating pad or even rice pack while at home. I can get comfy in blankets or move around the house with no cords. The heat is concentrated right where I need it and help stop the pain from radiating to my hips and lower back very much. I have never had one fall out or lose its heat too quickly. Do yourself or a menstruating loved one a favor and buy these!!Ps the larger size of these compared to the tiny heart ones from another brand I see at more local stores is superior. Thermacare ones have fit me well from size 3 to 16. At smaller sizes the adhesive thin parts would commonly wrap around the edge of my panties while at larger sizes it was fully contained on one side of the underwear. Either way the heating portion has been right where I need it and fits comfortably while staying put.

ALMOST perfect!
These help great deal for injury from accident but after purchasing several boxes from this brand, while they’re just the right amount of heat they just don’t stick well. I solved the issue by using the stretchy bands to wrap around them. Be careful as the instructions warn about making sure it’s not too tight or hot on your skin. (I love the heat so for me they’re almost perfect!)
