Great Set, But May Break After Frequent Use
After having these for a couple of years, and only using them a handful of times (moreso recently), the primary band I use suddenly broke. What a bummer! I am not sure if this is normal for resistance tube bands after a while or not, or if it happens after frequent use no matter how long they are stored. Because I don’t know, I am leaving the 5☆ review, but adding this update.Other than that, this set is awesome!

Affordable and very versatile! Everything you need to do PT at home
I bought this set (along with a large exercise ball and Pilates (magic) ring) so I could continue my physical therapy at home. I’m so glad I did! I’m almost 58 and I can only get into the PT place once a week, as it’s very busy! I’m supposed to do my therapy 4-5 days a week, so this set really helps fill the void and keeps me on track for my healing goals. I can do all of the exercises prescribed to me in the comfort of my own home.The colors are really pretty and not the usual boring colors. The set comes with ankle straps, hand grips and a door anchor so there’s really no limit on what you can do. I enjoy the varying resistance weights and can increase or decrease as necessary. The price makes it really affordable so there’s no excuses. Highly recommended!

I originally purchased this resistance band set after my physical therapist recommended having a set at home — and it’s ended up being one of the most useful additions to my routine.This set includes everything you need to get started: multiple resistance bands, handles, ankle straps, a door anchor, a safety sign for door use, a fascia ball, a carry bag, and even an exercise chart. It’s a very complete kit, especially if you’re trying to recreate PT-style exercises at home.The bands themselves feel strong and reliable. I haven’t had any issues with snapping or weak tension, and the different resistance levels (10, 20, 30, 40, and 50 lbs) make it easy to adjust based on the exercise. I also really appreciate that each band is color-coded and clearly labeled — it makes switching between them quick and easy without guessing.The handles are comfortable and well-made. The foam grips haven’t worn down or fallen apart, even with regular use.One thing I really like is how versatile this set is. I’m 5’1” and my husband is 6’2”, and it works well for both of us. I actually ended up buying a second set of handles so we can use the bands at the same time.The door anchor setup is straightforward, and the included safety sign is a small but important detail to prevent accidents when using the door.Overall, this has helped me stay more consistent with exercises at home instead of relying only on in-office PT visits. Quality and Versatility
I gave this item four stars for the following reasons:1) The seller stands behind their product. I had a problem with a few of the bands where the black nylon piece that attaches with grommets frayed and broke. I contacted the seller via the email that is included on a slip of paper with the order. They apologized for the fraying. They said it was due to an increase of orders due to Covid, and a shortage of workers. They said they had since corrected the problem. They also refunded my money at my request, and sent me a brand new set of bands.2) The versatility of the bands is great. There are many exercises I did with the pulley machine at the gym, that I am able to mimic with these bands.However, I didn’t give these bands five stars, because I still feel with the new set that the nylon attached to the band with grommets, should be thicker or be made of latex. The actual band itself seems very strong and durable. The nylon piece still seems questionable to me. I have not yet used the new set, but worry that although the seller said they remedied the issue, that from use it will once again do the same thing.I should also mention that I know how to properly use the bands and did not over stretch or abuse them in any way. Thus, the fraying from a normal amount of use is something that might happen to anyone who uses them. Would I recommend them? Yes and no. I like the variety, and how it is all contained with anchor, handles, and leg pieces. But if these new ones fray again after only a couple months of use, I probably would instead purchase the full loop bands made of 100% latex that can still be used a variety of ways. You would just have to purchase an anchor.

Très satisfaite de mon achat! Le kit est complet avec plusieurs niveaux de résistance, ce qui permet d’adapter facilement les exercices et de progresser à son rythme. Les poignées sont confortable et les sangles de chevilles permettent de varier les entraînements, autant pour le haut que le bas du corps. Le matériel est solide et de bonne qualité. Parfait pour s’entraîner à la maison sans prendre beaucoup de place. Très bon rapport qualité/prix!!

I would have like an instruction booklet. I did get everything worked out although there was a little pink and black ball included and I have no idea why??🤔 The set was great ! I will definitely put the bands to good use. Material is good quality, very sturdy . Yes on the whole I was very impressed with these set of exercise band kit. Well worth the price! Thank you!😊
