Quality Supplement for Women’s Health
I found about Inositol while looking into supplements to help support and balance hormones. It’s hard to be certain if this supplement is what made the difference, but my late period started only 4 days after starting. Contains both myo-inositol and d-chiro inositol (3.6:1 ratio)
Plus it’s one of the few inositol supplements to come in capsule form. Which I much prefer to powders that don’t really fit into my supplement regimen. It’s just one more thing then to keep track of taking.And, as always with Pure Encapsulations, it does not have any shady fillers or weirdness. It’s really hard these days to avoid things like magnesium stearate/stearic acid and maltodextrin. But those aren’t necessary, obviously, and not what I buy the supplement for.
