The only non-melatonin gummies that actually work!
Very mild onset, pleasant taste and they actually work! I’m prone to high stress (I mean, at this point we all are), I don’t have a ton of problems with sleep but I wake up at 2am – 4am most nights due to cortisol spikes. I started wearing Oura ring to track my sleep, noticed the issues and tried these gummies. My sleep stats improved immediately almost.I fall asleep faster, stay asleep and was able to get into a good sleep routine, which is essential for recovery!I love the smell and taste, lemon balm is truly calming and an active sedative so only take at night. This is my fourth or fifth reorder.

magic in a gummy
i was pleasantly surprised at how well these work. i was having constant chest pain/anxiety before, during, and even after work from being stuck in traffic and dealing with a high demand job. i tried breathing exercises/box 4 method/anything i could find on google that would supposedly help relieve anxiety. nothing worked. i take 2 of these gummies right before leaving for work and im as relaxed as can be. it mellows me out pretty good and maintains well throughout the day.

Delicious gummies, fell into a fuzzy dream but woke up sick. One of the ingredients didn’t work out to well with my medicines, but highly recommend if taken alone, especially if you’re a sensitive individual like myself. But, it does completely relax you.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is EXACTLY what I needed. I felt a calming within a hour of taking this product. This is a great product to take to calm your nervous system and allows you to calm your mind to focus on tasks with CLARITY. I’m so thankful to have ran across this. I’m someone that has multiple projects going on and jungle a lot of tasks which at time leads to over stimulation and brain fog with slow burnout. This product has lifted me. Intended more for sleep vs stress
I took 2 of these gummies late afternoon to relax a bit and found myself barely keeping my eyes open and had to take a nap which I am not a fan of in terms of needing to actually go to sleep for the night a few hours later. Hoping this was a fluke and I was tired for some other reason but just letting people know to start out with maybe 1 gummy first and she how it affects you. Was hoping to use these for stress relieft vs putting me to sleep at night which I have no problem doing. It needs to be marketed as a sleep aide primarily vs a stress relief.

I bought these “Goodbye Stress” gummies as a casual suggestion to my nervous system and they responded like, “Oh, we’re serious-serious now.”I originally got them for daytime anxiety, but plot twist: I take them at night and sleep like a Victorian child in a fainting couch commercial. Gentle, calm, no weird grogginess—just me peacefully horizontal instead of mentally hosting a 3 a.m. press conference about everything I’ve ever said since 2004.They also come with me to high-stress events (doctor appointments, waiting rooms, life in general). Pop a couple and suddenly I’m the calmest person in the building, nodding like I pay taxes on emotional stability.Bonus points:• They’re natural, so I feel wholesome and responsible.• They taste good, which is dangerous because my brain thinks they’re candy and my self-control thinks we’re besties.• They actually work. Like… suspiciously well.If stress had a nemesis, it would be these little berry-flavored bouncers. Highly recommend for anyone whose brain likes to run marathons when all you asked for was a light jog.

Original review: Like another reviewer mine came with a melted ice pack and taste awful. I hope to send them back for a refund. It took a long for them to be shipped so I won’t bother trying to reorder.UPDATE: The manufacturer sent another package In response to my earlier review. They tasted OK, not sweet but good enough. And they worked. They worked well. So I tried the original package again and found they weren’t bad. My first impression was mistaken, maybe something i ate prior to trying these and it affected how i tasted them. Whatever, I was pleased because they were definitely helping my mood.I recommended them to my husband, who suffers from the dark winter blues. He not only likes them, he takes them daily now. And he isn’t one who easily takes anything. The gummy form works for him and they have really helped his SAD.We both liked the product so I reordered. This time there was no icepack, but I received the wrong product! Instead of the Goodbye Stress formula we received Kids Chillax. The latter has the same amount of L-Theanine but no GABA, less lemon balm, and instead a small dose of magnesium. But they CAN’T be returned. So, we both like this product but it seems we will have to find it locally. That won’t be hard, just a hassle. But we should be allowed to return the wrong product in an unopened package. Oh well. At least we found a product we like.

He pasado por un largo periodo problemático que me trajo bastante ansiedad. De alguna manera estás gomitas me dan un estado de ‘no- overthink ‘ en dónde de alguna manera mi mente se calla y puedo pensar una cosa a la vez. Claro que hay que ayudarse uno intentándolo, pero he notado que es más fácil y me siento tranquila.Las he tomado junto con las de happy de la misma marca y me agrada el efecto.Si las recomiendo.
