Maybe it’s just my imagination…
…but I felt my hair growing. It’s day 4 taking these and my cornrow braids are less tighter, even after day 2 I felt less hair tension. Normally it’ll take a week for relief to set in. But they feel looser (hair growth at the roots). I do consume 4 of those bad boys in my daily dose. But my liver is strong and my chemical tolerance of stuff is very high…don’t know why, just is. Don’t be like me, follow the directions.They taste great, thats why i overdose on them lol However, I’m keeping one star for the future results.

Taste great, good value! Easy to chew. As for hair growth the jury’s still out on that one, lol. My hair has always grown extremely slowly, so we’ll see. No adverse effects, easy on my stomach. My sister in law swears by them.
