I Plan On Making This a Regular Part of My Health Regimen
2 capsules per day so a 30-day supply. Expiration date of 08/2027, with a twist on and off cap (not a child safety cap). Capsules were easy to swallow and had no unpleasant aftereffects, including no tummy upset. I do believe that my energy level increased and I did feel more level after eating (especially a treat or dessert), so I believe these are effective for me.

Worth A Try
I have tried this product for 3 months now. There has been a difference in my bloood sugar. I mostly notice that the sugar spikes are not as frequent. I am pretty good at keeping my sugar at a healthy level through diet but I do have my days where I falter. This is where I notice the differences. I can’t say that I have seen any weight loss from it but I didn’t purchase for that result. The product is a little pricey per month but I am going to continue for a little while to see the full benefits. The quality is good, great packaging and I trust Humann as a company. Have used several of their products with great results. Overall I feel good using it, no side effects and believe it has been effective for me in the short term.

I’ve really felt a difference in my energy levels since taking this supplement. For reference, I’m 55 and post menopausal and have had a major drop in metabolism asks energy for the past few years. I did a full 30 days of Humann Metabolic Health Daily before submitting this review because I wanted to give it enough time to show effects (if any). Capsules were easy to swallow and had no weird taste. No heartburn (might sound weird, but I get heartburn from some supplements). I noticed a subtle difference about 10 days in, and by the end of the bottle I wasn’t hitting a 3pm slump where I want to either nap or snack. I would buy again.

Green tea extract + Mulberry leaf extract + Chromium
This is a great metabolic health supplement. It’s just three high quality, clinically studied ingredients: 200 mcg of chromium (Albion chelate), 300 mg of GreenSelect green tea extract (phytosome form to boost bioavailability), and 250 mg of white mulberry leaf extract (Reducose brand).The chromium dose is high at 571% DV, which is fairly common for blood sugar support supplements. The use of the phytosome form of green tea extract is a plus and it should improve absorption compared to standard extracts. Greenselect is clinically studied and I appreciate that this is a research-based formulation. The mulberry leaf extract is also well-standardized and included at a reasonable dose.I haven’t noticed any strong effects, but that’s typical with this kind of product. It’s likely more about long-term glucose and metabolic support rather than anything you’ll feel acutely.Overall, this is a well-dosed supplement for daily metabolic support. It’s actually one of the better blood sugar support supplements I’ve come across. The formulation is great if you’re looking to support blood sugar and improve insulin sensitivity over time.

Didn’t do anything for me.
This is a one month supply. I have been using this and have not noticed any discernable difference in blood sugar levels or energy levels. Therefore, I’m not sure about the effectiveness. I don’t feel any difference. I have also not experienced any measurable weight loss. The taste is fine and the size of the capsules is fine. The bottle is really large, compared to how many pills are in there, which is annoying for finding a place in the medicine cabinet. I’m really not sure the quality is there. I’ve never heard of the company before and I didn’t see any third party testing listed on this product. Considering I saw no significant change in how I felt or anything measurable, I’m not impressed. I would not recommend this or use this again.

Noticeably boost in energy and overall helped me reach my fitness goals
I’ve taken a lot of supplements the past 10 years and some of worked and some not so much. I’ve been taking these for the past 3 weeks and these have been working very well. I’ve went from 212lbs to 207lbs since t is morning. I was on a plateau for the past 4 weeks around 210-215. Now taking this alone probably isn’t going to do much. I know from experience, at least for me, that I have to eat better and stay active consistently. Sometimes you need a boost and this did the trick to get me over the plateau. I take it normally with a light snack cause I try to fast as much as possible and eat within a 6 hour window usually. This helps to curb my appetite and little boost of energy. That’s the main thing for me cause reducing calories and being more active can be hard on the mind and body. These worked well for me and I will continue taking them for now until I reach my goal under 200lbs by 12/1/25. Let get it!!
