Since this has warnings for use under the age of 18 and “consult your doctor warning,” I need time to consult before use and do a bit more research. I’m not sure why you wouldn’t be able to use vitamins if you’re not 18 yet, so I will need more time before trying this one.

I lost 35 pounds last year, then started working out regularly and got into shape and had a health setback so have taken a temporary break. Part of my health regimen includes taking many supplements to undergird the workouts and maintain cognitive focus as I am a senior. More recently, i developed some digestive issues from some of the medications I had been taking so have been working to restore my digestive health. I’ve been making ginger turmeric shots with fresh juice and having those daily and added other supplements with probiotics as well.I don’t always get enough greens in my daily diet as we are on the run and I usually have protein drinks or shakes pre and post workout, so I was looking for something that could help augment my green intake and came across this powder by Horbaach. I’ve taken wheatgrass powders in the past, but the last 2 I’ve tried just didn’t dissolve, were bitter and such a pain in the morning to have to blend them in order to drink them.I saw that this option included a complete blend of digestive enzymes, and as I’ve had good experience with Horbaach products in the past, I ordered it. I normally would take this in the morning after my collagen coffee as green drinks usually give me a burst of energy, but as it arrived during an afternoon lull, I thought I would try an afternoon pick me up green drink and opened it. It says to use one scoop, but it was buried deep in the powder. Once found, I mixed it with 12 ounces of filtered water and just shook it. It dissolved easily. What a welcome change from those I’ve used in the past.It recommends that one scoop be mixed with 6-12 ounces of water. I used one scoop and 12 ounces of water and it was too sweet for me. Stevia is included in the formula, so I made a note to make it with 16 ounces in the future. I am happy to say that even though this formula contains many new ingredients I am not presently taking, I had no digestive discomfort and have felt energized all day.I normally only order 3rd Party tested and GMP Certified supplements and this option by Horbaach checks both those boxes. I will work through the jar and come back for an update, but until now, for the impressive formula and its impact on my energy without side effects, five stars.
