Solid Mat for Home Workouts
I finally grabbed this Gruper yoga mat and it’s been a great addition to my routine. The non-slip surface actually stays put on the floor, which is a huge plus when I’m moving around. It has just the right amount of cushion—it’s thick enough to be comfortable for floor exercises but firm enough that I’m not sinking into it.I also love that it comes with a carrying strap. It makes it so much easier to roll up and toss to the side when I’m done. For the price, the quality is definitely there, and the dual-color look is a nice touch. If you’re looking for a reliable mat for some home fitness, this one is a win

Great mat even after a year of use!
I have been using the mat for a year now and it is still (almost) in one piece. There are a couple small holes in the mat from use but I’d say that is expected after a year, and it is still in a very usable condition. Thickness is good for me, my knees don’t hurt on a hard surface. It’s a bit stretchy but not a problem when doing yoga and pilates.My hands slip in some poses such as downwards facing dog, the mat could be a bit more grippy but that is the only downside. The mat itself is not slipping on the floor.Great size and weight for carrying around.

Decent, gets slippery during hot pilates
Nice mat, I have a rubber allergy but this has treated me fine. I had to buy a mat towel because it is not suitable for hot Pilates

Quality feel – Slippery in practice
Looks and feels very nice. Thickness is good for daily yoga of all styles. It would probably the perfect for stretching, or very low intensity, ground based work outs.It’s slippery; enough so that I may need to replace it. I do not understand how there are so many people saying it is not. It is. Objectively. I’m not particularly sweaty, but I have to fight to keep my hands from slipping when applying pressure.

Nach 4 Wochen intensiver Benutzung, kann ich sagen, ich finde die Matte sowohl für Workouts als auch für Yoga sehr gut. Nicht rutschig, gute Dicke, nicht zu dick nicht zu dünn und schönes Design!

I use my mat for HIIT training, this mat is really good for not slipping like my previous mat did but if jumping on it will move slightly, but not a safety issue.I loved how well packaged the product was and it has its only storage/carrier case.When I first unfolded one end slightly raised but just rolled it the other way and left for a day and it was fine laid flat on the floor.Highly recommend this mat really comfortable to do sit ups etc on although not super thick.

Dies ist meine zweite Yoga-Matte, und ich mag sie wirklich. Sie riecht nicht nach Chemikalien. Es ist gut in der Dicke und perfekt für eine beruhigende Yoga-Erfahrung zu geben. Ein weiteres Merkmal, es ist nicht rutschen. Ich habe auch überprüft, es ist wasserfestes Material. Neben diesen Eigenschaften ist es sehr leicht und kann überallhin mitgenommen werden. Wanted to invest in a higher quality mat as my old yoga mat was too slippy to hold certain poses. This was perfect. Nice quality and thickness, looks great, reversible and definitely more friction for better holds.
