Nice memory pillow
I bought this pillow to keep cool and help with neck pain. I sleep on my back. I really like how this pillow contours to my head. The cooling side works but it’s not noticeable with a pillow case on. I thought it was good quality at a good price.

Best pillow for cervical injuries or just plain comfort
I was in a bad car accident which left me with severe whiplash, ruptured disks, bone spurs and now arthritis in my cervical and lumbar spine. I have searched for years for the perfect pillow. I came to the conclusion that there isn’t any. I found this thru random surfing, and figured I tried everything else, might as well try this. Almost a year later, I am still using this pillow. It has helped my neck so much. Gives me the comfort and support I needed. The cooling feature doesn’t work thru a pillowcase, but that isn’t the reason i bought it. It supports my neck which eliminates the morning pain and stiffness. It’s very comfortable, and comes with extra fillings to make it fuller if needed. It’s the perfect size for someone with neck issues. It’s been almost a year since I bought this and I feel it’s well worth the money I paid for it many times over. If you have any kind of neck pain, do try this pillow. If it helped me, it will help anyone.

I purchased this pillow looking for an adjustable cooling option, but my experience has been a bit of a mixed bag—mostly due to the initial odor and the internal texture.The “Out-of-the-Box” ExperienceThe packaging is incredibly compressed for space-saving. Even after leaving it to expand for a full 24 hours, it still hasn’t reached what I would consider its full advertised height.The Smell (Major Warning)If you are sensitive to chemical smells, be prepared. The off-gassing from this memory foam is intense—it’s a “knock you out” chemical odor that requires massive airing out before it can even be in the same room as you, let alone under your head.Texture & ComfortLumpy Consistency: Because this is shredded memory foam without a secondary smoothing layer inside the quilted case, it feels very lumpy. In my opinion, these types of pillows really need a inner wrap or batting to provide a smooth surface.Support: On the plus side, if you like to prop yourself up in bed to watch TV, it actually feels quite nice against the back. It offers solid, firm support in a seated position.Sleeping: I personally could not sleep on this. Between the lumps and the lingering smell, it wasn’t a restful experience.Final VerdictIf you need a sturdy “backrest” pillow for lounging and don’t mind a long airing-out period, this might work for you. However, as a primary sleeping pillow, the lack of smoothness and the heavy chemical scent make it hard to recommend.Pros:Good firm support for sitting up/leaning on.Quilted case feels decent.Cons:Severe chemical odor (off-gassing).Lumpy texture; needs a smoothing layer.Doesn’t fully loft even after 24 hours.

Cloud bliss pillow
This is not a queen-sized pillow; it’s more similar to a twin. The filling inside was empty, and the small bag to put inside the pillow looks like two different type of foam. Overall, it looks terrible and feels unpleasant. It appears to be old and of poor quality. I wouldn’t recommend this product compared to other memory foam pillows I’ve purchased. It’s simply not a good product.
