Great super green drink
Really great product. I mix it with juice when I can because it does have a very… plant like flavor lol. But that is the point, to easily get the nutrients from supergreens! I have had no side effects and I do think it helps my digestive issues. The container is big and it holds a lot of servings which is great! Organic ingredients which is also a major plus. Overall a great way to add extra nutrients with basically no effort!

Worked OK for me, I just add it into my usual morning fruit smoothie
I got this Carlyle Organic Greens Powder because it looked like an easy way to add additional nutrition to my regular fruit smoothies. The taste and smell are relatively mild, making it easy to mix in with other smoothies. I like to use frozen fruit and OJ, so I didn’t notice a huge change in the taste, just a change in the color mainly. The ingredients are mostly listed as “Organic” and the overall powder is vegan, so I feel confident putting a high-quality formula into my body. I did notice a slight decrease in gassiness and bloating, and I felt pretty good overall.

If you’ve ever smelled a hay pile on a farm, that’s exactly what it tasted like. But after a few servings, my body adjusted, and the flavor actually started to taste good, which usually means your system is craving what’s inside.I take one scoop every other day, and the difference is noticeable. My energy levels have gone up, I feel more regular, and I just feel better overall. The energy boost is the most obvious change. Certified organic supplement, but some cautions are advisable
I have purchased and continue to purchase this brand Carlyle for many years and have tried several products which I am quite pleased with. This container does say it is 1.1 lbs and the container is quite large, so I do find that a bit misleading with this, as the powder level is a fair amount lower upon opening. I do value that this is all ceritified USDA organic, and has a lot of prebiotics and enzymes, which are my most favorite about it!! And yes it does mix easily with a spoon even just with water, but of course you can use it with a blender with juices, milk, non dairy items like almond or coconut milk, the choices are endless to make smoothies etc!! The taste is pleasant enough and I am not usually a stevia fan, but the one used in this, is quite mild without that bitter aftertaste. I want to divulge that I am in no way a vegan or vegetarian, and meat is central to my diet and I physically and mentally notice when I am not consuming enough. In my opinion, the proteins in quality meats are essential for optimal health, and can be easily supplemented with eggs and or fish. That said, the cruciferous vegetable components in here, are very helpful with hormonal balances, such as in the supplement DIM, however, they are much more tolerated when they are steamed, or at least lightly sautéed, as if highly consumed in a raw manner or in a powder such as this, which compounds certain elements and could deplete our iodine, which is so vital to our health and most of the population are depleted or are many times severely lacking in this trace mineral, which can cause goiters as well as other detriments to our health, as we contain iodine receptors throughout our bodies, so that is something to be cautious of, and that is why I myself will only take this powder a couple of times a week at most.

Great smoothie mix-in
This is a great mix-in for smoothies! When in a smoothie I hardly notice the taste. I would probably not just mix this with water personally, I don’t think I could tolerate the taste by itself. It is sweet but just kind of odd tasting- as is to be expected. The scoop is pretty small so it doesn’t mess with the texture of your smoothie like some powders do. And this powder is incredibly fine, so even if you did more than one scoop I doubt it would change anything. I would say this an excellent option to try to add some greens to your diet in an easy way. Good ingredients and no sugar.
