OMG! Lifesaver. Helped with perimenopause symptoms
I almost never leave reviews but if this helps someone then it’s totally worth it. I’m a 46 yr old mother of 3, struggling with intense fatigue, belly weight gain, anxiety/irritability, mild depression, sleep disturbances, brain fog, low libido.These symptoms started around 43 after I had 3rd child. I’ve chalked them up to perimenopause (still have regular periods). I have an appointment with gyn in a month about getting hrt, but decided to try this to give me some relief in the meantime.Been on it for a week and this is what I noticed immediately: energy levels shoot up after taking this- noticeably! Mood boost, less irritable, & generally more positive outlook. I don’t feel like crawling back in bed within an hour of waking up.I feel more clear headed, less brain fog, improved recall. I actually feel more interested in intimacy because I’m not so dang tired. I haven’t had any acne or other side effects yet. Will continue with my 25mg per day indefinitely.I don’t even know if I will do the hrt, but will get my levels tested and decide.
