Easy daily myo-inositol and d-chiro inositol with great taste and clean formula
I’m really enjoying having these myo-inositol and d-chiro inositol sticks in my routine. I like that they’re convenient, pre-measured, and ready to use. The strawberry flavor is mild and pleasant without being overly sweet and free of aftertaste. I’ve mostly used capsules and plain powders before, so these feel like a nice upgrade. I like that these packets have a 40:1 ratio with 2000 mg of myo-inositol and 50 mg of d-chiro inositol, plus added vitamin D3 and a full range of B vitamins, which makes the formula feel more balanced.The overall quality also feels excellent. The formula is clean and free from unnecessary fillers. It’s made in the USA in an FDA-registered facility and follows GMP standards, which gives me more confidence in what I’m taking. Good quality but on a pricier side
I chose this Myo-Inositol and D-Chiro Inositol powder because I wanted something other than pills. Being in my 40s and dealing with perimenopause symptoms, this was something my doctor suggested taking daily.The individual packets are easy to toss into a purse or take to work. The strawberry flavor is ok, mild and not overpowering. I like that you can either dissolve the powder in water or take it directly when you’re on the go. When I tried taking it straight from the packet, it tasted much sweeter than expected – definitely could use less sweetener, doesn’t need to be this sweet. I also found some of the packets difficult to open and had to use scissors to cut it.When mixed in water, the powder dissolved well. Drinking it diluted was definitely more pleasant than taking it dry. I do appreciate the added folate, vitamin D3, and B-complex. I didn’t experience any side effects while using it, which is reassuring. It’s a convenient and clean supplement, but the low dosage combined with the higher price makes the overall value harder to justify.The main issue is the dosage, which feels too low and ideally should be closer to 4000 mg. At $39 for 30 packets, you only get about 15 days of servings, which doesn’t seem very budget-friendly. The convenience is appealing, but the cost would add up quickly over time. I’ve also seen similar products offering three times the amount in pill form for about half the price.
