Very Effective!
If you love herbal remedies like me, you will definitely want this one in your cabinet! This tincture has helped so many of our female/hormone related struggles, particularly for my teen daughter. It has helped resolve PMS symptoms, create balance in the hormones, and regulate the cycle. It is very easy to ingest being glycerin-based, and has a pleasant taste overall. My suggestion, like with any health remedy, it is good to pulse your administration, and take a short break once in awhile, resuming as needed.Pros: Easy to take, Effects seen quickly with consistent use, Organic product, great price point.Cons: None here

Works quick and helped
I was getting really late periods even skipping some, and they were heavy and long. I thought maybe it was menopause but I’m only 39. So, I bought this and a week after i started to take it i got my period finally and i’ve been losing weight, I’m not bloated and I have very little to no pms symptoms, my bleeding is normal now. This works really well for me but i do work out and i’m fit, something i started to do to help with this but that alone wasn’t doing much, until i took this mixture.

Great product! I’ve been using these for over a year and it’s helped regulate my cycle. I’m not menopausal and typically don’t have any pain during my cycles. I have fibroids and this has helped with my bleeding and regulation. I stopped them for 2 months and my period lasted 10 days versus 4-5 so I ordered more. I try my best not to have breaks in between. The taste is good. I drop under my tongue for 30sec then swallow. I never mix it in my drink.

Works well, but…
While this product does help with symptoms, the taste is incredibly similar to Syrup of Ipecac(the syrup used to induce vomiting). You will need to add it to water or juice to get past that thick strange taste.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ FIVE STARS!!! Absolutely amazing!! been taking this every day for a few months now and my hot flashes are gone. I’ve also changed my diet as well. Mostly sticking to Whole grains fruits vegetables and protein. I feel so much better now!!! Cut out sugar and processed foods all together! Use pure honey as sweetener now.

I had my birth control IUD in for 5 years (Nexplanon) and I started this about 2 months after I got it removed. I was having all kinds of hormonal problems before I started it like hot flashes, being super moody, low libido, etc so after reading the reviews I decided to try it. After about 1 month taking this every night before bed, I got my period back for the first time in YEARS. I had a full one week long period and I finally felt back on track hormonally. I found that this tincture made me feel very relaxed within about 15 minutes of taking it so it was perfect for going to bed and I felt very rested in the morning. In all it has been 3 months since I’ve started this and I am now feeling better than ever and I got pregnant! I was very worried about not being able to conceive since being on the IUD for so long and my Dr even telling me I may have PCOS made it seem impossible – but this tincture helped me immensely so I highly recommend it!! I only purchased one bottle and I may have skipped a few nights here and there but it still did amazing things for my body. If you’re wondering if it might work there’s no harm in trying! And the flavor was sweet so I was able to take it straight up from the dropper without water. It was kind of like a sweet flowery flavor. Super easy to use and definitely worth the value that they charge.*UPDATE 10/2025*I had my baby in April! I healthy baby girl 8lb 3oz. Before I got pregnant my Gyno thought I might have had PCOS because of the Nexplanon but we have seen a total reversal of symptoms and I’m doing well now! I still stand by my original review. 🙂
