I usually take the included ingredients separately which becomes costly. I decided to give this blend a try and I’m so glad I did for my T2. I take the suggested dose 2 capsules daily m, I take mine in the morning with tea or water before I have anything to eat. No stomach upsets or side effects. It works great very effective and good quality product. Great value for the money when you get a blend instead of individual bottles of each. My blood sugars are steady.

    It takes a while to notice some effects with blood sugar along with diet and a little exercise it really is a natural way to help keep things under control. I’ve been buying this formula for some time now. Glad to see it on Amazon 😊

    I got these for my uncle who generally uses gummies while he's out but these go down pretty easily and don't require any chewing.
    The pills themselves aren't overly large and don't smell weird or anything. He said they were very effective and easy to take. If it was a 30 day supply I'd say it's a good value but at just a 15 day supply I might look elsewhere if money is factor for you.

    He took it for two months. They had to lower his insulin within two weeks. By the second month his A1C was down. I’d say it’s an effective tool in lowering blood sugar. No noticeable side effects.
