Simple and effective self care tracking in a pretty journal format.
It’s a lovely, simple, self-care tracking journal I recently purchased for myself. The first day I used it I decided to grab a couple more for friends as a gift. I have a tendency to do all-or-nothing with journaling about self care, and this is easy to use daily, covering a lot of topics so I can stay consistent.The design on the pages switches up, which is nice, but the journal format is the same.

There are a lot of things you can track in this journal, including sleep, water, food, exercise, activities, mood, thoughts.It has become a habit of mine to write in here daily and having all of these things written down to remind me to do things to take care of myself has helped a lot. It also provides me with some insight into why I might be feeling a certain way that I would have missed if I wasn’t tracking certain things in this journal.The design and layout of everything is just perfect to me. Things are very organized and pleasing to look at – short and to the point. You don’t get new prompts daily, it’s the same 2 pages for each morning and night just repeated, but it works for me because it helps me easily see patterns over time.

I needed something to help me track my eating, sleep, mood and pain levels because I have chronic pain and depression/anxiety. This journal is so easy to track the important stuff so I can reflect back and get an idea of my physical and emotional triggers, see if there are any patterns, make sure I’m taking care of myself nutritionally, sleeping enough etc. all with a positive spin. It’s been a great tool to help keep me regulated and know when and where I can make adjustments. It’s been helpful in my doctor’s appointments too for that purpose. Plus it’s super cute! Highly recommend.

What a wonderful journal!! I have already been using the Gratitude journal out of this series for a couple of years now and love that one, so when I saw this I had to get it. As a teacher I have zero time for myself and struggle with burn out, but I am trying to prioritise my mental and physical health and I feel this book is the perfect tool. Will be filling this beautiful book in daily and will repurchase until they discontinue it! An absolute must have for anyone that needs to be held accountable for putting their needs first and looking after themselves like myself, highly recommend and cannot fault.
