Tastes great, easy to eat.
These gummies taste so good. I don’t get any of the gelatin flavor that I get with some of my other gummy vitamins. They taste like peach/orange to me, even though they’re just orange flavor.The gummies are extremely sweet. If you don’t like sweets, then I don’t think you’ll like them. Luckily, I am a huge fan of sweets.They contain both glucose syrup, and dextrose.The gummies seem to be a great quality. I’m basing that off of taste, texture, and appearance.I have not noticed a clear change in anything health related, since I started taking these. I feel like same in terms of energy and mood. I haven’t noticed an effect on my hair or skin. I take these along with other vitamins and supplements. I also use hormone replacement patches. I hope these help keep night sweats at bay, but I really can’t say for sure. Taking stuff like this usually has such subtle results that develop slowly over time. If someone notices immediate, dramatic positive results, it’s probably just placebo effect.Personally, I tend to notice something is working after I stop taking it and start feeling worse.I have not had any negative side effects from taking these. I’m not loosing more hair or more tired or having an increase of hot flashes.Everything mostly feels the same, with the added tasty, orange flavored treat in the morning.If they are actually effective they’re a good value. If I’m just eating orange flavored gummies then they’re not a good value (even though the gummies taste great).I do like that they contain so many different vitamins.

These gummies taste really good! I’ve just started them and already my mood has improved drastically I feel so much better! The price was was great compared to others I seen online, my energy level has improved I’m no longer dragging I feel great in the morning and through out the day. The gummies are gel not gritty like some I’ve had in the past overall great will buy again.

These gummies have a delicious flavor — advertised as orange, though I get a bit of something vaguely tropical. There very soft and chewy, and kind of a small treat.I have PCOS and am familiar with the benefits of many of the supplement ingredients. So many of the PCOS symptoms require long term adjustments to see improvements, so it’s difficult to speak to effectiveness from a one-month supply. I like the formula offered here, though, and the convenience of taking supplements specifically formulated for PCOS. I also appreciate how enjoyable and fuss-free gummies are for getting my daily intake. I think these are worth implementing over the long haul, as I’m much more likely to remember to and want to take these over capsules or drink powders.

PCOS Inositol Gummies for Ovarian & Hormonal Balance, 60 Count PCOS Gummies with Myo-Inositol, Folate & Zinc. I enjoy these gummy vitamins – they taste good and are easy on the stomach. I like the formula, which includes the folate, biotin, and calcium I already take, but has the added benefit of zinc , iodine and vitamins A and E. I don’t really mind that these are marketed as “PCOS” specific vitamins since I’m not taking them for that reason and don’t particularly care if they support ovarian health or not (I’m well into my 60s) – I think they’re a decent multivitamin in gummy form for me. Note that these are made in China, so if that bugs you, look elsewhere. I research each vitamin I take and appreciate that this company meets FDA labeling requirements, has a significant online presence, and made my research easy.

I like these inositol gummies—the taste is pleasant, and they’re soft and easy to chew. However, I haven’t really noticed any changes in my body or my menstrual cycle. Everything has remained the same, with no noticeable improvement or worsening.I’m not entirely sure what to expect from these, but since they’re marketed with health claims, I’ve been incorporating them into my routine as a nightly treat. I like the idea of using them as a substitute for less healthy candy before bed. Overall, they feel like a nice, easy addition to my routine, even if the effects aren’t obvious to me yet.
