I’m so amazed. My new multi.
If you’re like most people, you’ve probably tried SO many different vitamins. Methylated, liposomal, fat-soluble, etc. It doesn’t stop there. Multivitamins for over 30, over 50, one size fits all, prenatal, diabetic, etc. Then you get into more specific ones where you literally have to dedicate an entire pantry to fit all your vitamins, the A, B, C, D and E vitamins, ashwaganda, garlic, methylcobalamin, Xanthanthine, etc. No more need ladies. I just hit my 40s and my hair has been thinning and falling out as observable on the root of my hair strands where it gets thinner and the sheer amount of hair I pick up in the shower. I’ve had to cut down my cholesterol by way of reducing red meat, which has reduced my iron levels. Iron is crucial for hair and is one of the probably many variables you’ve explored if you’re in my same shoes. The B vitamins were doing nothing. I’ve had IV infusions for this problem and still didn’t notice any benefit. I’ve only started taking this for a few days and already, my hair which would go from like 20-30 strands of daily loss has been cut by a half. I probably need to keep taking this and wait a bit longer to see the full threshold. So my guess is, it must be the iron in this. Or who knows what else. I do know it is potent as I feel sustained energy. My digestive system accepts it no problem as it’s actual food and not just a bunch of minerals stamped together. I’m happy it’s all organic, real food, and has good stuff in it. Taking 3 a day doesn’t bother me. The size is shy of horse pills, but not too intimidating. The taste, smell, and aftertaste are fine to me, not bothersome. I know it’s more expensive than your average supplement, but you should never go cheap on your health and this is the good real stuff, not the synthetic stuff. It’s absorbed by your body more effectively. These also don’t have artificial binders or fillers. 2 thumbs up! BTW, cutting red meat cut my lipids to the low 40s which is on the very low range. I did it with diet, exercise, apple cider vinegar in water, and mainly cutting out red meat. If you’re dealing with this issue, try this, but of course watch your minerals. Don’t go to automatically thinking you need more B like I did. Iron is a culprit and prenatal have them for fetal development. Opt for fish, nuts, avocados, and plant based foods. Then you can get a grade A+ from your doctor for the cholesterol. I’m not taking this for pregnancy at all. It’s just got so much good stuff all women can benefit from in any stage of life. It’s whole food! Just don’t take it thinking you’re consuming good food. That’s not it. You can overdose on vitamins causing toxicity in your body.

Natural and the best I have found for the price
I love this brand I get it for my women’s multivitamin. But I got this prenatal multivitamins for my daughter-in-law who eats atrociously so she needed really good vitamins. These are so much better than the silly gummy things she gets with folic acid. These have folate from organic food blend which is quite different than folic acid. Folate is more of what nature intended and is not made with chemical products.

Great for digestion and fetal health
Best purchase! These multivitamins are easy to digest and make me feel confident about supporting healthy fetal development. The peppermint flavor is a nice touch, making it more pleasant to take daily. I’ve noticed no stomach discomfort since starting them. Overall, a solid choice for women looking for a vegan, whole food multivitamin.

Perfect so far! … Here’s some info..!
FINALLY!! After months of research on the Ins-and-Outs of what to take, how much to take, and things to avoid… I finally chose MyKind Organics Prenatal Multi! It is top rated in many comparison tests (including Labdoor) for its contents and certifications. My main reasons for choosing these vitamins are because…1) Folate not Folic acid—folate is the natural form. It is easily digestible compared to the synthetic form called Folic Acid, as many people cannot property digest and use the synthetic form.2) Vitamin A as Beta Carotene (the natural form of the vitamin) instead of the synthetic form called Retynol Palemate.3) It has many other great vitamins that you need for healthy baby! Such as iodine, B12, B6, etc…4) It is certified Organic and vegan, and many others certs!5) The pill is the same size as my women’s One-a-day and is easier to swallow. The bottle has a sort of sweet smell (like I can smell the organic fruit and veggie blends in the pills) so it doesn’t make me nauseated!! Which is a Huge pro!!! Especially when taking three per day. Some things to know…1) You have to take it 3 times a day instead of once a day but the pro to this is…. A one a day vitamin gives you a lot at one time and many times you end up sending most of the vitamins out through urination. But with three pills a day you are getting good vitamins all day that your body can continue to absorb as needed!2) It does NOT come with enough calcium recommended for pregnant women as it only contains 5%… but my OB said it is okay to take a calcium supplement as needed, so I have a bottle of Calcium (calcium carbonate) in 500mg tabs.3) It does NOT have DHA so you will need to suppliment for that (I chose Nortic Naturals Prenatal DHA and I like it). Some extra info…I just want to say that as I read the reviews on here many many times and for many other vitamins, I was skeptical to buy….but I thought it was worth a shot since it had so much good stuff for my baby. Thanks to many reviews, I chose NOT to buy these off if Amazon as many women say that they came smelling foul and made them sick! I also read that the vitamins that Amazon distribute are not always quality controlled which worried me. So, I personally bought mine off Pharmaca.com as well as my local Health Basket and haven’t had an issue so don’t be fooled by the great prices on Amazon because many places will have deals or price match! I will also attach photos and edit my review as I take them for. Longer period! 🙂

Good for a vitamin
I’ve been taking these vitamins every day for 4 years now. My initial reaction to these pills was that they are huge (they are ridiculously large, so if you don’t like swallowing pills, prepare yourself!) Also, these you have to take three times a day, which to some people may seem a bit excessive. I have a container I fill everty night and take one with everty meal so I never forget. Technically should be taken with a meal, although I’ve taken on an emptier stomach and have had no issues with stomach pain. After taking these so many times a day for so many years at this point, I feel I can swallow any size pill! Just make sure you have water ready, you don’t want these in your mouth for too long, they do not taste great.
