Amazing
I got a medium which is my usual shirt size. It was definitely a struggle to get on as I carry a good portion of my fat in my stomach. It’s definitely tight, but I can still breathe fine. holds everything in while still being flexible. It helps with my posture and it’s even kind of inconvenient to slouch in. It’s easy to bend over and sit down in. I had to fight the zipper but it didn’t break or anything. It’s a great buy and I’d definitely recommend it.

Love this product! I highly recommend this product. True to size, I ordered XS… Unlike any other waist trainer, this one is super comfortable! I’ve tried and bought a lot of waist trainer but overnight they hurt and sometimes the ones that has wires end up poking your skin and they terrible, no quality at all.

Despite knowing how unpredictable online ordering can be, I decided to give this item a shot.I’ve tried many different forms of shape wear over the years, and so far, this has been the best bang for my buck!I will admit, it was a tad difficult to get on, and it’s not as stretchy as some I’ve tried. However the neoprene-like fabric is so nice and warming, it definitely does its job. Once it’s on, it stays in place. Partially due to the zipper, but also the fabric sticking from sweat. Breathable, keeps my posture nice, cinches.I typically wear mediums for clothing, and a medium did the trick. Was worried after reading so many reviews about sizing up/down. Granted I’m relatively average in terms of body type, and not especially rotund.At the end of the day, everybody has different proportions. But I would rate this 5/5.

Wish it was more durable
I bought this a few months ago (Sept 2025) and it broke in March 2026. I have no idea when or how it broke I was just at work mopping when all of a sudden I feel a sharp stabbing pain in my side and it was the plastic band or wtv, it broke in half (1st & 2nd pics) and it hurt, which idk why it broke if it fit me perfectly fine, but I guess you can’t bend over while wearing it or something (3rd pic is it bending perfectly fine without snapping), but if that was the case it doesn’t make sense why the side snapped in half. It was mostly comfortable and did snatch my waist, but it didn’t have much back support or sweat absorption, I would take it off and be dripping with sweat so ik it was working but it wasn’t absorbing any of it. It was easy to put on and take off and even fit in my purse when I wanted to take it off, just wish it didn’t break so suddenly.

bought a small for reference.w : 114lbh : 5’size DOWN if you’re on the lower weights. i have lost over 10kg in the past 2 months and got insecure that i was overdoing it with a small 😭 small fits perfect and snatches a bit but doesn’t snatch as MUCH as a regular faja would. i’m planning to purchase an xs in the future.
