Worked fast
I have only been taking them for a short time but they have proven to be effective. One thing I learned, though, is that elderberry is a diuretic, and maybe best to take early in the day, to avoid frequent bathroom visits before bed. The size and texture make it easy to chew, the taste was pleasant and it did what it was meant to. Great to have on hand for colds or just to give your system a boost.

Great for colds…
We absolutely love these elderberry gummies and keep it stocked in our house year-round. Our whole family takes it, and it’s become part of our routine. Especially during cold and flu season, we are using them all of the time. The taste is great (even the kids don’t mind it!), and we truly feel better knowing we have it on hand. We usually buy multiple bottles at a time so we never run out.

Taste good
These taste great, although in my bottle they are all stuck together, so I have to use a spoon to separate them and get them out of the bottle. It says to take 3 per day, but I only take 2. Using for immune support.

Amazing
I have been taking these gummies for about a month and I have seen a vast improvement in my immune system. I have an autoimmune disease and I get sick very easily… since taking these daily my number of sick days have reduced more than half. The only bad thing I have to say is they are very sweet. The pros way out way that con.

They seem to do the job of immune support and they were a good price. I did not like the sugar coating on the gummies. I don’t know if I would purchase them again. I was using a brand from Rite Aid that I liked where it did not have a sugary coating and I only took 2 gummies.

Tastes great, vegetarian, and our kids stay pretty healthy.They are very sticky, so timing of toothbrushing is important with these.

Super Tasy! My kid asks for this every day! Start Early and use BEFORE cold/flu season. My husband had a NASTY cold and I gave this to my toddler EVERY day and she never got it. She’s been carried by him, taken his spoon a few times, and def had contact with his germs but remained COLD FREE!As a pharmacist and a mom of two I will try my best to keep my kids from getting sick. My two year old LOVES these gummies. She has no idea about the health benefits and thinks they are a sugary treat. Heck, I even use them as the “candy reward” after she goes to the potty. I buy this instead of the toddler version because it’s more affordable. I noticed that when everyone else in the family had a cold/cough my two year old barely had any symptoms!! This is bizaare because she is usually the first to get sick.Occasionally, I’ll notice that she may have a runny nose, or is sneezing more, but it seems to always go away in <2.5 days. Before we started taking these, colds and cough would last more than 1 week. It definitely helps decrease the duration and severity of any sickness.We’ve tried elderberry before in the form of tea’s and syrups and it’s way too much work to give to a toddler! The gummies are the way to goI will be buying this again and again all winter long!

Gummies are coated with sugar, and in Singapore’s humid/hot weather, they eventually get stuck together.Unfortunately won’t be buying again
