Science says ashwaganda is good at lowering cortisol and these are yum
I use an Oura fitness tracker ring/app. Similar to a Fitbit. Anyway, I read that ashwaganda decreases cortisol very reliably in most people after about 4-6 weeks of steady use. Why do we want to lower our cortisol? Well, maybe you do and maybe you don’t. But high cortisol and inflammation go along with a lot of lifestyle type diseases. In other words, if you don’t get good, restorative rest, a decent diet, and you don’t manage stress, you will have inflammation and high cortisol… and that will lead to sleep disturbance and appetite issues and blood sugar fluctuations, and my goodness let me just stop myself. At certain times of the year, I can get thrown off my game. Holidays, for example, and summer vacations. Next thing you know it’s been six months and I haven’t gotten back on track.! I feel like a supportive supplement like this is just one more tool in my arsenal to keep on track more often.I take two of these chews every night. They taste and feel like starburst with a bit of a herbal twang. Two is the recommended dose.I do not notice an immediate effect, but as I have mentioned, I have seen my data improve regarding less wakefulness at night and more calm energy. My HRV has increased. Heart Rate Variable is how responsive your heart is to stress and how quickly it is able to recover. I don’t know if this supplement is the only helpful thing I’m doing, but I do feel it’s worth using it and I’ve been sticking to it for about 6 months now. The studies on ashwaganda are convincing and robust, and these little tasty chews give me something to look forward to!

This delicious gummy goes down easy. Whether you chew or swallow both works great. Only side effects are some crack dreams when you first start. I recommend taking half of one gummy unless you really really need that much Ashwagandha in your system. I also only take once a day. Overall helps me relax and be a better me. I am a guaranteed repeat customer.

Very tasty and effective
I really like these and think it is effective as they did help in relaxing and getting me to sleep but because they taste good I found myself indulging in eating too many at a time and it became as candy instead of just a supplement. Also had to be concerned since it does have sugar. The texture is like eating toffees and is very easy to swallow.

These chewables help take the edge off. It can be difficult for me to focus with heavy workloads combined with providing customer service. These helped me feel less irritated and stressed.
