Why is the serving size 8 capsules?!
We use more choline, magnesium, and calcium than most prenatals. These three critical nutrients are BIG but necessary for healthy fertility, pregnancy, breastfeeding, but difficult to get enough through diet alone.
Why doesn’t your prenatal contain iron?
Iron needs and tolerance vary significantly by individual. We suggest you monitor your iron status with your healthcare practitioner and if you do need supplemental iron, take it separately in appropriate doses at their recommendation.
Why is my urine bright yellow after taking my vitamins?!
Our women’s prenatal contain water-soluble Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin). The “flavin” component, is responsible for the change in urine color. Yellow urine does not mean that you are not absorbing those nutrients!
When does your prenatal expire?
Our products are freshly produced and designed to be taken up to two years after the manufacturing date. The manufacturing date is NOT the same as the expiration date. A manufacturing date tells how fresh our product is and when it was made.

High-Quality Prenatal with Strong Choline Support and Clean Ingredients
I chose these prenatal vitamins because they provide a very comprehensive nutrient profile, and the inclusion of a meaningful dose of choline really sets them apart from many other prenatals.Nutrient profile:The formula includes a broad range of vitamins and minerals needed before, during, and after pregnancy. Key nutrients include bioavailable folate, vitamin D, magnesium, calcium, and choline, all provided at evidence-based levels designed to support fetal development and maternal health.Choline content:One standout feature is the 300 mg of choline per serving, which many prenatal vitamins either omit or include only in small amounts. Choline plays an important role in fetal brain and neural development and placental function.Ingredient quality:The vitamins use well-absorbed forms of nutrients and are third-party tested for purity. The brand focuses on minimal fillers and avoids unnecessary additives, which helps maintain a clean supplement profile.Capsule format:Because the nutrient doses are fairly high, the daily serving requires multiple capsules. Some people split the dose across meals to make it easier to take and improve digestion.Things to know:This prenatal does not include iron, which some users prefer to supplement separately depending on their needs or doctor’s guidance.Overall:A thoughtfully formulated prenatal vitamin with a strong emphasis on choline and other key nutrients that are often under-dosed in standard prenatal supplements.

Top Notch Prenatal!
This is one of the top prenatals out there, and it much more cost effective than the other. Of comprehensive, third-party tested prenatals, I’d easily place this in the top two, and its price pushes it up to first place. It doesn’t omit the bulkier nutrients like choline, which is essential for neural tube development and egg quality, so it does require 8 pills per day. But for those that are looking for a comprehensive prenatal, this one can’t be beat. The forms, amounts, and quality of ingredients is top notch. Everything from D3 to K2, methylated folate, choline, minerals. Love this one!

Horrendous smell. Not for 1st trimester!
The smell is so strong that it’s impossible to take and keep down when you have morning sickness. Having to take 8 pills with this atrocious smell. Very pricy and you don’t get the benefits as you can’t keep it down or take it

Health
I’ve tried several prenatal vitamins, and this is one of the few I actually enjoy taking every day. The ingredients feel very high quality and thoughtfully chosen, with nutrients that support overall health and fertility. It’s also gentle on my stomach, which has been a big issue for me with other prenatals. I love knowing I’m getting important nutrients like choline, omega-3s, and well-absorbed vitamins without unnecessary fillers. Definitely one of the best prenatals I’ve tried.

Great Prenatal Brand & Product
These vitamins are great! Was recommended them as a vegetarian for the choline support, but truly everyone needs the choline!I have taken them through 2 pregnancies, 2 years post for one baby, and now 1 year in postpartum for another baby. Truly believe in the product and company!I dont have issues taking pills so the dose as never been difficult. I dont taste them later and I think they just smell like vitamins.. things with B vitamins will always have strong smells.

Great if you don’t mind taking 8 pills
Great vitamins. Only reason I’m giving a four star is due to the serving size of 8 capsules and the smell of the unflavored version. Unflavored version has a foul smell. I have not tried the lemon being that I’m avoiding any natural/artificial flavors.

Helped with my PCOS symptoms
I started taking these last year as additional support for PCOS, and have noticed a big difference in my hormonal fluctuations. I made the mistake at first of taking the recommended 8 capsules right away and learned it is much easier to slowly start by taking one a week and then two and building up week by week. This helped with the heart burn that it originally was giving me. This is one of the best working prenatal supplements I have tried so far and recommend for women trying to get pregnant or need the extra nutrient support. My mood since taking these has improved significantly and while this is on the pricier side for supplements it is worth it!

I’m in my 2nd trimester and this vitamin gives me horrible heartburn. I can’t even take it.
