Pain relief
These work really good. He really helped my joint pain in my knees. I’ll take one to two a day. It recommends more, but that seems to work for me. This is my second bag.

Can feel a difference
Started taking these a week ago due to hip pain I believe caused by hormones aka menopause. I do feel that I have less joint pain especially when sleeping this is where I experience the most pain is lying down ( I do have a newer bed). I have noticed that I need to take them with food as it caused me to be nauseous when I first took them in an empty stomach. I do question if 4k mg a day is too much. I’m hoping someone can respond if they take less than the daily dose. The pills are on the bigger side but manageable for me.

I’ve tried several different kind now and these seem to work the best on me and on my large breed dogs that have trouble with their hips it helped them a lot too about to have knee surgery has really helped with the pain and my back don’t hurt all the time now either

Knee Relief Finally
I Don’t Leave many reviews unless I find something that absolutely works. I have had progressively bad knees over the last couple of years. Especially doing stairs. I’m 61.After taking this for approx. 3 weeks , I notice a considerable relief from pain and swelling. I can do stairs without holding onto railings now. Please understand this is MY results. May not work for everyone , but I will continue to use this !!

I got this to help with my recovery from my knee surgery. So far things are going really well but I think it takes about 3 months to notice anything. I think I’ll buy it again. They are fairly large pills.
