These are great! No side effects at all. Feel fine when I take them and no constipation either. No bad taste at all. Easy to take and great value for the money compared to others that are selling online.

I LOVE my new Iron supplements, amazing, and no stomach upset!
I started taking this after dealing with low iron symptoms, and I’ve tried a few different brands over time—this is one of the better ones I’ve used.What I noticed pretty quickly is that it’s gentle on my stomach. A lot of iron supplements can cause nausea or constipation, and this one didn’t do that for me, which makes it much easier to stay consistent. I take it away from other supplements and protein for better absorption, and over time I’ve noticed improvements in my energy levels.The quality feels very clean, which is why I trust this brand in general. Slight after-taste
I’ve taken these for the last few months at the recommendation of my doctor for low iron. I like them but I will say that they have a copper aftertaste.

Incredible
I had all the usual symptoms: dull skin, wickedly painful heavy periods, depressing thoughts, low ferritin levels etc. After six days of using, the color in my face and hands came back. All of the symptoms I would typically get a week before my period never showed up, my flow and cramping was back to normal. It’s been three months since I started taking this and my hair is starting to thicken up again. My ferritin levels are also up and I haven’t had any issues with cold feet/hands.I started with two pills a day for the first month and switched to just one pill a day. I usually take it with a shot of orange juice or with a mandarin two hours before I eat anything else (or two hours after I eat), that includes coffee. Especially coffee. The pill obviously has a metallic taste so it’s best to swallow it immediately and not let it sit on your tongue. Sometimes I’ll burp and taste metal but it’s fine and doesn’t last long. It does make my poop black though, and smell weird, it frightened me at first but my doctor told me that’s normal.I’m going to keep purchasing this until my doctor tells me I can stop. HIGHLY recommend.Edit March 31, 2026: I no longer need to take an iron supplement. So an issue that I struggled with for years has been fixed in ≈ 4 months. I’m sticking with this company going forward.

I have been using Thorne Ferrasorb for two months now and while intially it worked great and I felt so much better and the pills were gentle on stomach, with no side effects, the second month didn’t work well. I am now getting hurt burns and nasty metallic taste after taking the pills, even with food or after full tummy.
