Works well, great price point, good flavor, easy to take in the mornings.
Very affordable compared to higher end products, great taste and you only take 10ml. I take it every morning. I definitely have a more youthful glow!

Zebra high absorption Collagen and Biotin supplement. It’s good. It was recommended to me by my health conscious dental hygienist whom I trust. The mixed berry flavor is tolerable. It tastes like liquid vitamins plus berry flavoring. Not the greatest but it’s fine. I don’t mix it with water but just take a shot glass of this straight.If you’re over 30 years old you likely need collagen. Our bodies stop producing it over time. I’m 57 so it is a must for me. I just consider this part of my supplement routine. Third time purchasing. Shoukd have started taking it sooner but better late than never. 🙂

Taste = AmazingDissolves in juice with just a stir of the spoon. I add to morning OJ and drink on the way out the door. No after taste, upset stomach. I stir in 2 table spoons each morning. My nails are stronger, skin is supple & soft (never had lines or wrinkles so can say it helped in that area) hair looks awesome, nice shine, strong not brittle, curls are curling 😀 I will continue to use and have recommend to friends & family. I am 58 yrs old (have been told I look 40). 5 children – 15 grandchildren. African American & White. Try a bottle and then subscribe if pleased with the results. I keep my bottle in the fridge & shake before mixing.

Collagen Biotin Liquid Supplement
This is a great Collagen Biotin supplement. It is liquid and I store it in my refrigerator. It doesn’t taste that great, kind of like cough syrup? It doesn’t smell good and is a touch grainy in texture. I suppose you could mix it in with something if you are that particular. I do wish it tasted better but if it comprises the quality than keep it the same. It is a vitamin supplement after all. The dose you drink is just a little bit so I tolerate it and I thought the liquid would absorb better than pills. I think my hair, skin, and nails are healthier and grow better when I use this supplement. I am a 49 y/o female.
