10/10 Product!
When it first arrived, I briefly tried the wheel in the ways instructed in the book. All were doable! The material and design impressed me more than I’d expected! It is sturdy and solid! However, the product isn’t too hard making use of it painful. It’s a great balance. It comes with a durable zipping case to avoid it collecting extra dirt/dust due to the material!I also really appreciate that the company sent the little gift bag with a hair clip for women with long hair and the cloth for collecting dust/dirt the wheel may collect. Super simple but so incredibly thoughtful of their customers which is something that is hard to come by these days. Being intentional is something I love to see and the product is great quality and works! Regardless if you’re looking for fitness goals to be achieved or for the deep tissue/muscular benefits. With the added company customer service, I’d give the product 10 stars if I could. I look forward to recommending it to others and knowing, it’s a solid product!Haley Roberts (Donahue)

Awesome back roller!
The product arrived within a day and it couldn’t have come at a more perfect time. With the colder weather and being constantly in and out of heated spaces into cold air, my muscles were starting to tense up. I used it as soon as it came and it felt JUST like what I needed to help target some hard to reach areas of stretch and deep tissue pressure that I needed. I’m loving it already.The thoughtful design with the groove in the center was a perfect pocket for my spine to align into. This made it even more comfortable combined with the soft material (cause who wants to roll on hard plastic?). The width is just right for me to roll comfortably on my back, hips, thighs, etc., while also serving as a balancing wheel for other non-rolling stretches. Just don’t try to balance yourself on top of it, it’s tempting.I like how tough the wheel looks and feels, it gives me the confidence to use my full 200lb weight without worry and the feedback is great!The wheel even comes with a hair clip for anyone with long hair that doesn’t want to roll over their locks and a towel to help keep the wheel clean after each use.Overall great product and definitely part of my fitness and flexibility routine now.

Sturdy, works as claimed
I think I got a used one. I didn’t get the bag, towel, or hair clip and it looked like it had been on someone’s floor. You know what that looks like after something new has been used but “wiped off”. Yuck. However, the product itself is great and does exactly what it claims. My back hurt on it the first few times I rolled, but the more you use it, the better it gets. I love that it has a variety of uses besides just rolling on your back. I like the width of it, too.

Fitbeast is truly a beast! The design targets trigger points and key pressure areas,and helps when my back has tight muscles. The 9″ design fits perfectly to the back muscles along the entire spine.Durability is outstanding, and supports my 240lbs frame comfortably. I never feel unstable or have that feeling of slipping off as compared to my usual foam roller.It’s portable and take up minimal space in my gym, with a convenient storage bag makes it easy to store and take with me.The fact that they have video tutorials and a comprehensive instructional manual enhances the overall experience. The online spine diagnosis service is a huge plus and help with a more personalized experience.Overall great product highly recommend with a reasonable price point. I would say its a great addition to my office but its also a great tool have around the house.

Really well made product that is very effective
Highly effective especially if you were wanting to start out with a larger wheel size over a broader contact area to help your back get into the groove of being manipulated with these kind of wheels. The surface is firm enough to be effective but soft enough to be forgiving. The wheel itself is really easy to use, also due to size, has a little bit of flex while you’re rolling over it so it’s not like you’re going to get your back just pounded into mush while using it. I think it’s a really good value for the money… I start out with it before going down the smaller sizes. Would be very effective for bigger people, or small pocket size ones for that matter. Anybody can use it, even if you have had issues trying to use one before. Give it a shot, you won’t regret it.

Rubber Foam Might Separate from the Core.
I think it works as advertized. It does what a roller should do. The spine relief in the center is nice. For me, the black rubber separates from the plastic core and gradually travels off the end to one side.. Not the end of the world. I can work it back on, but it is annoying that it happens. None of my other rollers do this. Maybe it’s a deffective unit, but as it is, I can only give it three stars.
