Breaks down super fast minimal flavor
Easy to take, breaks down very fast. We are adding it assess its benefits to mood and mental health primarily. Our physiology type builds something in our system before we can tell its effects, so far we have no negative side effects and potential positives but are still in the building phase. I feel it’s been a good value and the taste is fine. We are taking it with a B12 methylcobalamin (sp?) that adds a bit more B9 so can’t say we are relying on this solely right now. With the two, still no side effects and a little more stable energy after the first ten days.

It is sublingual bypassing the gut!!!
I have a DNA problem with folate. Being sublingual it bypasses gut and is more available to the body. I need whole folate. Folic acid is not full folate. So i love this product. Taste is good.

Does Not Dissolve As Well As Expected
This tablet is supposed to dissolve quickly under your tongue. However, I find it somewhat dry compared with other sublingual tablets I have used. It also takes longer to dissolve. I bought it because my usual brand was out of stock. I probably won’t buy this again.
