Yoga tracker
I haven’t seen a journal like this before. It’s more like a yoga tracker because it’s very specific and not open-ended. It provides some background information, a simple 3 month yoga training plan, and then pages to track your experience. There are some typos. I do think the little images of the poses are cute.

If you are looking for a serious and extended book about Yoga practice, that’s not the case with this book- after all, half of it is a tracker diary. However, the explanations and pictures of the poses are pretty straightforward, making the book a good read.
