Fantastic Ingredients Combo…
I grabbed this because I really like the ingredients combination. I actually take all of these ingredients separately so being able to take them in just a few capsules was a no-brainer. I can’t really speak to how well they work long-term as I’ve only been taking them for about a week or so. However, they certainly aren’t doing any harm and I’m quite regular and my skin looks good. My skin already looks good, but the regularity was intermittent. These especially have a great array of ingredients if you have Hashimoto’s or any kind of thyroid condition. Thoughtful formula at a decent price point.

Do not be afraid to try these . The ingredient list does include sea moss, probably for the wonderful minerals, and it doesn’t taste disgusting or smell strange. This looks to be a very nourishing and cleansing product. I have tried it for two weeks and am not sure about skin changes yet, But can say I feel less indigestion and gas and I plan to use this for several months, because I think its working internally. And that means nutrition takes time to repair and rebuild your system before you see external results.
