Spearmint Power
Spearmint is an old-time favorite for cooking, tea, and as a tonic. I’ve loved it and used it all my life because it’s refreshing and tastes wonderful. I often like a cup of mint tea after a meal, but since that’s not always possible, I really like having these capsules around. They smell delightful, are easy to swallow, and leave no aftertaste, though I kind of wish they did.This all-natural spearmint supplement is certified organic and non-GMO. Two capsules provide 1000 mg of spearmint leaf plus added supplements including elderberry, echinacea, cinnamon, and ginger. You get 210 capsules — more than three months worth in a reasonably priced bottle. I would purchase again.

I like these capsules. They soothe me when I’m feeling those waves of disruption. Gentle and just what I need without any problems. Easy to swallow and seem clean. A good collection of ingredients.

Fresh Spearmint / Good Taste / Immune and Digestive Support a Plus / Great Product
This is a great product! I enjoyed taking these capsules daily. The recommended dose is 2 capsules a day and the bottle has 90 capsules, so you get 45 servings per container, which is a decent amount.It was one of my first times trying a spearmint supplement, and what also brought me to try this was the fact that it had a blend of other ingredients for immune support and also for digestion, which is a plus!I was able to taste the spearmint when taking them with water which had a pleasant taste, and sometimes even had a minty burp which was strange at first since it had a fresh hint. I also felt well from my stomach and did not have any digestive discomfort while taking these.I enjoyed taking these everyday and had no trouble at all. The only thing I did not like was that I did not know how much of each ingredient I was taking when it came to the immune and digestive part. Even though each ingredient is great and I am confident in this product, I would have wanted a better breakdown of each ingredient. Overall it is still great!

Glad to get mint for digestion and more
This is the second Welbuda product I am using. Seems like a good company as the products make sense (what is combined); the dosages are reasonable; they are not using objectionable fillers (totally good with rice flour in them).Spearmint is an herbal I’ve been looking to add and I like the combination of other ingredients they have in the product. It’s a clean one: only filler is the rice flour which is not an issue at all.Easy to swallow. Taste is fine. No problems like reflux after. Reasonable dose.Definitely something to look at using.

Effective, potent formula
I take 4 of these everyday. The serving suggestion is 2 capsules, making this a 105 day supply. The active ingredients are spearmint leaf, and natural digestion and immunity blends. I take these daily because I read that spearmint leaf can help with abnormal facial growth in women and I have seen some results in the past 3 weeks, so I know this formula is working effectively for me! I highly recommend, the price and quality are excellent.

This formula includes most of what I am trying to add to my supplements. This way I can take 1 or 2 capsules daily instead of 12! I like that.The combination of ingredients is consistent with what I want for my good health plan.My starting dose is 1/day. If all goes well, no side effects, I’ll increase it to 2/day as they recommend.The bottle has 210 capsules, easy to swallow, so a full dose should last at minimum 105 days, or over 3 months.In my estimation, that’s a good value: 10 cents each, 20 cents a day maximum. 🙂
