Pros- $$-reputable co.-fast n safe pkg to sf-ez to swallow-no side effects-does as stated tho maybe a week to see affects.Cons? None🏁🏁🏌️♂️Athlete all my 65 years & after horses, hiking running-weights-hiking- tennis singles for 40 years n then hip replacement last year!?Ya I’ve tried it all & have a home spa too n tjis stuff realllly works! Mot a miracle but better than most. On my 2nd week so we will see but it has taken the edge off if u will.I walk 2 robust dogs 7 days a week plus lots more to stay active & it’s hit or miss on this stuff & price is not always indicative of efficacy🎯🎯🎯🏌️♂️

Tried in hopes it would help with knee and lower back pain. Thought I’d was a fluke but after first dose it really helped with both. Last about 24 hours but has really helped with my knee pain and my husband’s back pain! Highly recommend!! Even better it’s a once a day dosing

I honestly couldn’t take these for more than a week. I had a headache everyday I took these. I did not see any joint pain relief. Although a good price for the quantity, I did not find them effective.

I give 5 star for the first day it worked for both my knee pain in about 4 hours I took at 8:30am and now 8pm and even better I assume the more days in a row it will help more so🤞anyway the best product I found especially for the price and quantity 👍👍
